These guys are great! They diagnosed what the problem was, fixed it while I waited (a short time), charged me a very reasonable price and I was on my way. A very satisfied customer who'll be going back for sure.

Had a great time bringing in my phone to get checked out (had some charging port issues). Spoke with Luke once I got there and he took care of me in a timely manner. He took his time to look over my phone, answered all my questions, and gave me a clear time frame of when it would be ready to pick up.
Once I got my phone back, everything was working like new again, and haven’t had any issues since. Highly recommend coming here and asking for Luke H.

I had my iPad screen replaced at this shop, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. First and foremost lack of transparency and promised but cannot delivered. My iPad was delayed for an almost week due poor replacement x2. After the repair, my Face ID stopped working. When I brought this to their attention, the staff immediately denied any responsibility. They kept insisting that replacing the LCD screen has nothing to do with Face ID, which is misleading and dismissive.
Instead of trying to troubleshoot or offer a solution, they brushed me off and acted as though I was making an unreasonable complaint. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were very disappointing. A professional repair shop should stand behind their work and at least acknowledge that mishandling during a screen replacement can impact Face ID functionality.
Unfortunately, their attitude was to push off responsibility rather than to help. The staff insisted I go email the owner (you were on the phone with him)!
I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable service.
Response: Not true — there was no cussing on my part, but yes, there was frustration and agitation. My iPad’s Face ID was working perfectly fine before I brought it in for repair. After the screen replacement, it stopped working.
I had to bring the iPad back twice, which dragged this ordeal out for almost a week. Don’t give me the nonsense that Face ID has nothing to do with screen replacement — anyone can look it up. Show me certification or proof that replacing the screen has nothing to do with the Face ID depth system.
The advice not to replace the screen because of the high cost on a used iPad has nothing to do with this issue. The reality is: my Face ID was fully functional before the repair. The staff never checked Face ID functionality and assume it worked?! He even mistakenly claimed it was “grayed out” or disabled because the passcode was turned off. That shows a lack of proper knowledge.
Now, instead of taking accountability, they’re trying to dismiss the situation by falsely claiming Face ID and screen replacement are unrelated. As a consumer, I know what condition my iPad was in — and the Face ID system was working before I handed it over. Check your camera!

Excellent service and the worker there Luke was very helpful and completely repaired my phone. I have been to several phone repair places and this one is by far the best, he was quick, he did a good job and was very helpful.
