I’d never been in an accident before, and needless to say, it was pretty scary! Would’ve been even more stressful if I hadn’t chosen Crest Collision as my body shop. My experience was smooth and easy, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Eddie for always going above and beyond. 5 stars!!!

Dropped my car off 2 weeks ago exactly for some minor damage to the rear bumper, was originally quoted for just a repair but it ended up needing to be replaced. Their turn around time is incredible considering they had to wait on parts! I picked my vehicle up today and almost can’t tell it was ever touched! The color match is perfect, even down to the metallic flake! Since my repair was covered by my uninsured motorist coverage, I can’t comment on the price, but the service was perfect.
Their close proximity to Enterprise was great, and they even offered to let me just drop my rental at the body shop.

Crest Collision did an excellent job with my car. I took it in on a Tuesday afternoon. They walked me through the process of the needed repairs. They contacted the rental car company that I had selected, and a car was delivered for me. I was given an estimated completion date of 15 days, but it was ready ahead of time. I left my rental car there, and they arranged for it to be picked up. The process could not have been easier. If you have to take your car there, ask for Eddie!

Did not disclose that I would have to pickup at another location further away than I originally dropped the car at. When I drove to the other location ethey wanted to charge an extra tow fee for moving the car but never mentioned it when I first dropped the car off.

I've taken my car to this place twice. Once several years ago to have the rear end fixed after someone ran into me. The 2nd time was just recently to fix some dents in the hood due to large rocks bouncing down the highway. Both times the car was fixed quickly and looked like new. The 2nd time I took it there, it took two days, which was a nice surprise and they even fixed some unrelated damage to the hood. I found the staff to be quick and courteous. I hope I don't need body work again, but if I do I'll bring it here.

Had my car repairs done here and had a fantastic experience. The work they did was quality and they worked seamlessly with my insurance which was helpful. Silverio kept me informed and was so helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond (shout out! :) Due to a back ordered part they had my car for 10 weeks which was hard but they were always willing to follow up more then the typical twice a week and look at all options to help me get my car back asap. So grateful to them for all their hard work. Would use them again for sure!

I had such a great experience! My bumper had come off after backing out near a curb and they were so helpful. Great customer service and quick service even though it was close to closing time!
