I am so happy I have found this gym after my move to Plano! Everyone has been beyond welcoming and I enjoy coming in everyday to workout and spend time with my class mates! Even though it has only been a few months, I feel like I am home here!

Love it! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing me to reach new goals while ensuring proper form and technique. The variety of workouts keeps things interesting and fun. I highly recommend CrossFit 972 to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level!
