I have been using Crowphy Trophy for the past 3 years and couldn't be more pleased. I have sent them multiple last-minute orders...(Which I know you should not do!) But they have been more than gracious and accommodating. They are always easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. Everything they have created for us always looks absolutely exquisite and professional. I will absolutely continue to use their services!

I've been coming to Crown Trophy here in Plano since 2018 and I feel like I'm practically family anytime I do business with these great people. The assortment and variety they have there is wildly impressive and they've never failed at meeting whatever needs I bring to them. Don't get some basic trophy from another online store or retailer, get something high quality and customizable from Crown Trophy. I'm not even kidding, they only needed 20 minutes to fully customize 3 large trophies and I was on my way. Great people and a great business!!

A very seamless transaction from start to finish. Easily designed online, received a proof, Andy made a minor tweak to the proof received a FINAL proof and the product went to production. Received final product 3 weeks later. The Lucite trophy looks amazing! We are very satisfied.

Our organization at General Motors held a district-wide contest with a very tight timeline, and we needed trophies fast. When our internal team couldn’t meet the deadline, Kayla stepped in with prompt communication and exceeded expectations—offering us a trophy option that was even better than what we originally planned. We’ve been so impressed that we’re now working with Crown Trophy on a monthly basis. Exceptional service and quality—highly recommended!

They do good and creative work here, but the communication is terrible. To the point where we took our corporate business elsewhere.
To be fair, we have asked in the past for rush work because the contests in our office go to the last minutes. It creates good competition for our agents... however, if it's not something she can handle, she can simply refuse the work. But instead Kim chooses to gripe and not communicate.
It wasn't until I had worked with her several times that she noted requiring 14 days notice to complete work. Which is fine if that's her policy, but I found out quickly by talking to other shops that like making money, that it isn't the industry standard.
We found another shop that is friendly, communicative and had a meeting with us to understand our culture and needs.... with a 4 day turnaround in most cases.
