If you need a storage unit, I definitely recommend Life Storage. The manager, Michael, was helpful, professional, and friendly, and the property is bright, clean, and secure. Rental rates are the lowest I’ve seen, and the property and surrounding area seem safe and dependable.

The staff has always been friendly and professional every time I encountered them. Michael was the personnel I’d worked with. He was super helpful, friendly, patience, professional, and treated everyone that came in fairly. The facility is very clean and well kept.

Michael at the Jupiter location in Plano made all the difference. He has been extremely helpful in all aspects of my experience there. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and obviously customer service is top priority with him. The facility is excellent, and great management makes it top of the line!
