Awesome shop had some very unique finds your not gonna get anywhere else at least when it comes to scooter parts. The owner was nice, friendly and a genuine pleasure to talk to. Definitely worth the trip.

Amazing service that cant be beat. Came in to get a flat fixed and ended up getting an additional scooter. The owner will take the time to make sure you are taken care of.

This scooter shop is the best!! The staff genuinely cares about their customers. We have a fairly new scooter that had an issue with its rear tire. We took it there and not only did they replace the rear tire, but they showed us how the front tire was damaged making it extremely dangerous to ride. There really is no other place where you can buy scooters or take your scooter for repair like it. First class business.

I visited this shop twice seeking assistance with repairing my son's scooter. Although the staff provided some guidance, I was hoping for more direct help since I was unfamiliar with the repair process. Ultimately, I ended up replacing the tire and connecting the power cable on my own.

I recently visited Custom Scooters to have my daughter’s Razor Mod Scooter's tires checked and replaced. Travis, the owner and technician, swiftly diagnosed that it was the tube that needed replacement. Despite being busy, he generously gave me instructions on how to replace it myself. However, I struggled with the task and returned to Travis for guidance. Instead of just showing me, he kindly took the time to fix it for me without charge, saying it was his Friday gift to my daughter. I was truly impressed by his expertise, craftsmanship, and generosity. If you ever need mini scooters or razor repairs, Travis at Custom Scooters is the place to go. Thank you, Travis, for your outstanding service.

Travis was amazing to talk to and his experience and expertise were clearly evident in guiding us to the right scooter for my very active kids who wear out most everything they touch.His ability to speak to the proper wheels the proper handlebars the proper deck the proper everything - sized appropriately for my son who is in the store - as well as safety equipment helmets and everything really made me confident that I'm doing the best thing for my kids with his guidance at this store.Plus his prices are basically the same as you could buy online, but you don't get any of the guidance or expertise when you buy online.

Fantastic store? More like fabulous, all thanks to the scooter whisperer himself, Travis! His service was top-notch, gold-star, A+. He treated me like royalty, answering every question with infinite patience. Not only did he magically fix my scooter in a single day, but he also showered me with maintenance wisdom, like some kind of scooter Wizard. If your scooter needs saving, Travis is your guy.

This dude is the worst, bought a $800 scooter from him & now he won’t fix it even if I paid him. He’s a beneficiary of racism because when he sees me he acts differently guess I sound white on the phone.

Travis is a real nice guy to deal with. We ordered a deck on website and it ended up not being in stock. He got my son into a similar deck to what he originally wanted, and for our troubles he through in grip tape installed free of charge. Custom Scooters will be our first choice from now on for any scooter parts! Thank you Travis!

Fantastic service with a HUGE selection of motorized and push scooter parts. Was able to pick up a Go-Ped Sport tire with ease. I'll absolutely be returning for future purchases.

They sell electric scooters but denied to install tires on my kaabo wolf king gt... after they already agreed to do it with a quote, boo to this place. Thumbs down.

This guy is an encyclopedia of ride on’s and super helpful. We’ve stopped in on numerous occasions and always been very happy with the service. Highly suggest this place if you need scooter or mini bike help.
