Horrible pharmacy, go to another CVS. All calls go to their voicemail, and even after leaving several voicemails, they don't call back. Try the one on McDermott, much friendlier and helful staff.

Pharmacy itself is fine. But the front store manager on duty Harmon was awful. She had a lot of attitude. My husband and I had to wait for 10 minutes until someone came to the front. That only happened after my husband asked the pharmacy to page someone to the front. Customer Service sucked. The CVS Saturday was awesome, Michael! He confirmed my order and answered all my question. Michael for the win. Harmon for the pathetic attitude for the loss. Texas is about being friendly- if one can't be nice... stay home!

Absolutely pathetic. I was denied medicine for eye care that I urgently needed at 22:59 because they close at 23:00. And because they dont't get paid overtime. What a horrible experience and equally horrible people working at this place.

I absolutely do not recommend this CVSThey are understaffed and have the worst customer service.The pharmacy is where I had my mosey recent horrible experience. Can anyone answer this question for me.In the world of operations who would make the rescission to close a pharmacy for 30th a during the peak of the day time in a Saturday so that 4 people can all take a lunch. What sense does that make. I just got out of the hospital to pick up a prescription and had to wait on my feet for 15 mins for someone to open back up. How does that make sense l. Who is doing the staffing at this establishment???? I recommend someone redo that schedule that does not make sense.

This pharmacy deserves 0 stars, absolutely the worst with dropping off and picking up any prescriptions. You get told to come back at a certain time then when we come to get your prescription passed the time they stated they tell you to come back in 20 more mins, very unprofessional and unreliable when you are sick as a dog with the flu and now have to wait even longer for your medication. We will not be using cvs pharmacy ever again.
