You can't even talk to a person anymore when you call. Was trying to transfer a prescription here because my insurance is not accepted at Walgreens but they removed all option to talk to a person.

This is my go to location! I'm there nearly every day for one thing or another and it's so convenient! They KEEP seasonal mist haves and great prices +coupons means you get to save! The entire staff is always very helpful . A quick shout to Celia who went above and beyond and took time out of her day to assist me this passed weekend! Amazing customer care!

They left out several prints from my online photo order, which is no big deal, but when I called them about it, no one had any idea what I was talking about. I then got transferred to another dude that also had no idea what was going on. Finally he said they’d be ready in 10 minutes and when I went to pick them up every employee I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. Y’all suck lol

This is the first time, I have felt disrespected and disappointed in this location. I had some items that were on sale and I tried to get assistance to checkout and the african american guy in the front was extremely rude and did not help. All he said was go to self check out while he was not doing anything…. I went to self checkout and the things that were on sale were regular price. He was the only employee in the front and I told him to help me and he just smirked and stood there … i felt so disgusted by his behavior and him mocking me. usually the staff there is kind but lately there has been new employees that are just rude. Bring back the new employees or hire better ones. I will never be going back to that location.

This pharmacy has had its issues years ago. As with probably any workplace there is someone new that may not know the system, someone that may not be happy where they are, or bad chemistry, yada yada, etc. Recently of the few scripts one of my dr sends there, they've been great!

The service is terrible. They kept calling when the prescription was ready and they never did it when they arrived in person, they processed it again because they had not done it. What bad service Apart from that, they kept the prescription and it was lost.

Pharmacy staff is rude and slow, if you’re going to work somewhere make sure you actually like your job enough to be nice if you don’t then don’t work there simple as that. After having to wait to pick up my prescription this lady still had the audacity to be disrespectful, she had grey and black hair, glasses, around 5’0 tall was very rude. I was being nice enough to spell a name out for her because people usually misspell it and she gave me attitude for not giving her the first and last name right away. Like if they can be patient enough to attend the customers then you can sure as hell be patient enough to wait for me to give you the last name. She only acted that way towards me and not the other people who went ahead of me.

I have used CVS for 15 years, they were very good but their service is of no use anymore, very bad, I do not recommend them.

The 90 year old man who works here is extremely rude, possibly had a hearing problem, because I asked him three times just to point me to the direction of an item, but he looked at me, and completely ignored me. Probably a good reason not to let old people work, because of hearing problems. I would not recommend this CVS to anyone. CVS should really consider hiring new staff.
