The 90 year old man who works here is extremely rude, possibly had a hearing problem, because I asked him three times just to point me to the direction of an item, but he looked at me, and completely ignored me. Probably a good reason not to let old people work, because of hearing problems. I would not recommend this CVS to anyone. CVS should really consider hiring new staff.

So I absolutely never leave negative reviews however, the associate and the store manager on duty today around 5:30 pm were so cold towards me, and made me feel very uncomfortable and I’m not someone that gets uncomfortable very easily. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this CVS. I have 15 years experience in customer service, so I completely understand certain things, but this was just horrible customer service. They both went out of their way to have terrible attitudes seeing as they were all jokes when it was just the two of them speaking. My day usually isn’t affected one way or another even if someone is rude, but this definitely turned my day upside down. Mondays can be hard and there’s already so much hate and negativity in the world the last place I want to experience it is somewhere where I choose to shop.

Been using this CVS for awhile now. Prescriptions have always been filled the same day except when it's out stock. So many regulations now on the Oxycodone HCL that patience is necessary sometimes when getting it filled.

Extremely heavy lady behind the counter refused to do her job, and lied about it. She claims you can't put passport photos on a usb using CVS systems, then said they do not sell flash drives, when that is clearly a lie. When confronted about it, claims she doesn't know. Seems suspicious.

Just horrible!! I called for my mom’s prescription meds. They told me they would have it ready within an 1hr. She took her time to pick them up. It was about 2 hrs after I had called. Well they had her waiting for another damn 1hr!!!!!!! ?? this a recurrence issue and they can’t seem to either schedule ppl to work or they need to pay better and hire more ppl. Yea I need to search for another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy. Full of lazy workers. Refills are always late. need to talk to them multiple times to get a refill. Takes over an hour to pick up the phone. Won't even transfer prescription to another cvs. Complete trash.

Without a doubt, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the pain of dealing with. They have refused on multiple occasions to fill my prescriptions for reasons I know aren’t true, they are horrible with communication, their wait times are extremely long due to how slow they work, and they absolutely never answer their phones (if you do get connected, they will most likely hang up on you after putting you back on hold to “check”). Do not go here. I wish I could rate them zero. Drive the extra few miles to go somewhere else.

This is the worst pharmacy that I know the people are so stupid they dont Care about what you need, they don't want to help that treat you like s*** or even worst i been trying to get my baby medicine for 2 days and they sent me far away to another cvs and still missing one they playing with my baby's life and time I hate this place I hope they get new people the really care about you needs. Don't recommend this bunch of idiots stupid donkeys.

The drive-thru line was LONG. I waited for half an hour only for my appointment to automatically be cancelled because 15 minutes elapsed since my scheduled time. There was no link or system to check-in to show that I was waiting in line. The man at the drive-thru said that I can try coming back an hour later. Well, I waited for almost an hour, the line got even longer, he never called me back, so I decided to go home.

I have been going to this CVS for over 50 years before it was a CVS and customer service was always awesome until last night. The pharmacist Dr. G was rude and verbally abusive. He kept screaming at people who had been in line over 10 min. saying The store closes in 4 min. Which would be 8pm. although it says 11pm on the website. When me and another customer were at the counter 2 minutes before they close the young lady waited on me. Very nice but all my prescription was not there.She checked with Dr. G and he rudely said if it's not there. It's not there. I told him he was rude and the other customer said said yes he is. He replied and your money pays for my bonuses and my Porsche. We got into an argument as he looked on the register and asked my name all the time screaming my name and how my money is paying for his Porsche. I am in the process of filing a complaint and speaking with someone from Headquarters. I hate to change because of one rude employee.
