This is UNACCEPTABLE. My sister went to Target to pick up her prescription and instead experienced RACISM and HUMILIATION. A middle-aged white male loudly accused her of already picking up the order (which was NOT true), and he made it his mission to publicly humiliate her in front of everyone.
When she tried to calmly explain, he continued to mistreat her. THEN, another white employee joined in, equally rude, and said they’d check the cameras—but with the same nasty attitude.
My sister, being the humble professional she is, left in tears. Only AFTER reviewing the cameras did they call to admit THEY were wrong. By then, the damage was done. Patients in line apologized to HER because they saw how disgustingly she was treated.
This wasn’t just bad customer service—this was RACISM at its finest. How dare these people, who are responsible for giving out medication, treat someone like this? Target, do better. Hold your employees accountable for their blatant neglect and racism. This is exactly why people don’t trust these systems. SHAMEFUL.

I continue to use this pharmacy because I like the two pharmacists and the pharmacy tech who work there. They are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. All three are excellent. But I believe overall, the pharmacy reflects the superior leadership of the lead pharmacist and manager. As long as she continues as your manager you can count on me to continue as a customer, and a very happy and satisfied customer who recommends you. She is really great and her employees reflect the same attitude.

Everyone in the pharmacy is lovely, and Stephanie always takes time to make sure I know what’s going on with my prescriptions, calls when my insurance doesn’t cover something and helps me look over options, and somehow makes me look forward to picking up prescriptions, haha. Really glad I chose this pharmacy - and not just because it’s inside a Target!

Do not go here for covid vaccines if you are below 50. Nashwa did not let me get my booster even after I tried to explain I was eligible and I had an appointment. She was rude about it as well. I was able to go and get my vaccine at another location without an issue.

Don't take your prescriptions here. I've been waiting 2 days for mine to get filled. They haven't even typed it into their system yet. They are extremely short staffed. I've come up 3 times and stood in line for about 40 minutes each time. This am, the tech was extremely rude. I realize they are stressed, but not cool. They just lost a long time client.

I usually LOVE this pharmacy, but I don’t know what is going on lately. The lady couldn’t seem to comprehend how to spell my son’s first name, it’s only 3 letters and I had to correct her repeatedly. Then the pharmacy ended up being out of the medication so I had to call them to have them transfer it to the CVS across the street. I had to call twice. The first time I waited for them to answer the phone for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. The second time I waited at least 5 minutes on hold and she finally picked up, (same lady from before I could tell by her voice) took her forever just to get it transferred to the CVS across the street. Then after she said she had me confirm that I had their number she just hung up the phone. Didn’t ask if I had anymore questions or needed anything else. So rude!!! I really hope that the blonde lady, who was other pharmacist at Target for a long time is still there. She always was quick to help and always polite and was always on top of the prescriptions or any prescription issues. The lady I talked to today, she should definitely not be working there. Now I got to pray she actually transferred the prescription.

All the staff in the pharmacy is very nice and professional. They always helpfull with any medicine or medical questions that my family has .

I really appreciate how well Stephanie knows my family’s medical needs. She is extremely friendly and helpful. I won’t leave target cvs pharmacy because she’s there taking care of things.
