This place is hands down atrocious. The people in the pharmacy do not know what is going on from day to day. I have my prescriptions set to automatically refill, I half of the time don't get a notice the script is ready (even though they have confirmed multiple times I am signed up for it). You'd also think that if said automatic refill is out, you would be advised. Nope. Nothing. Then they refused to transfer the script to another CVS that does have it in stock.They are so incredibly rude to their customers.

I don’t know the team member’s name, but he was very helpful. He seemed to know the store’s inventory, and returned an item I wanted that was overpriced.

Don't order photo magnets from here. They placed the photo so unevenly on the magnet. It looks like my kid put it together at home. Disappointing. Idk how something like this is approved by the workers or management

The first reviewer found it strange that nobody has reviewed up to that point in 2018. I guess my response to that is "why?". There's nothing particularly remarkable about this CVS location so why would anyone post a review *shrugs*. In any event, this location has somewhat improved since then. Before in the pharmacy, there were techs there that couldn't be bothered to help you and when they did, it's like pulling teeth. Many times making me get on the phone for confirming something they should know how to do. I've had no issues past several times I've been. The pharmacists are always helpful and courteous. The techs I've dealt with are good as well. As for the store itself, it's fine too. Sometimes it's hard to find somebody to help you but they're always out and about stocking stuff and what not.

The cashier at CVS was incredibly helpful and understanding, demonstrating kindness and patience during our interaction. His exceptional customer service made the experience pleasant and smooth.

Mr. Muhammad was VERY nice and explained promotions as well as patient with helping me sign up for care pass! Explained the program and I had a very smooth transaction! Very very happy will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you for helping me save over $20.96 today!

I appreciate his hard work. However, I don't even know why this pharmacy is still open. I had medication sent in from the doctor at 9:40 am. As of 8:00 pm, it was still not ready. The pharmacist asked me to go around and come back because he was the only one there. After about 35 minutes, there was a little cue. When it finally reached my turn, he closed the door and did not get the medication.

I came to get my pictures from a print center. The center employee could not locate the order for a while, a 78 cents coupon was not applied properly. Employee at the place called a manager Farouk who took a long time to explain to me how to use coupons. I end up paying as it was the simplest solution for me. I was really surprised how unorganized it was. And here is a 1 star review for 78 cents.

CVS has been a source of aggregation since being forced to use them by my health insurance. They are often out of stock on important medications that must be taken daily, and this was prior to the pandemic. If a patient has a running prescription, month after month, how do they get to the point of being out of stock and not having an estimated time of arrival? Again, this has been happening with CVS stores in the Dallas area since before the pandemic, so using the pandemic is not a viable excuse. In addition, I went to the 525 Parker Plano store and find that they now close around 2 pm!! I'm assuming this store plans to close its doors because people with jobs aren't likely to take time off every month to meet these 10-2 hours. Very disappointing.

Great staff and they are willing to lookup items for you when you cannot locate them yourself. Several times, the staff member even took the time the exact item I was shopping for. Most of the time, I stop at the pharmacy to pickup my Rx’s. It has often surprises me the pharmacy staff knows where OTC items are located in their area as I highly doubt they have time to stock shelves.Pharmacy staff is extremely efficient and extremely knowledgeable to us elderly customers.

I shop at this CVS quite often, have been for years.I have always had great service at the front counter, and at the Pharmacy !Today 2/20/22 at 4:02 pm, I stopped by to pick up a 6-pack of beer on my way home from a ride. As I walked towards the cooler, and passed the photo processing counter, I noticed a store employee sitting at the photo counter, eating lunch while texting on her phone.First, I smelled the food, then I noticed her sitting at the counter eating. It looked odd, and unprofessional for a retail establishment.As a Customer at a (publicly traded) retail store, I was surprised to see this, and did not appreciate the experience.I would think this sort of thing may only happen at a Mom and Pop retail store.I like shopping at CVS but, this type of behavior is very unprofessional, IMHO.

I've been to this place a couple of times for vaccination and to pick up a few items. The staff is friendly and I always feel welcome. I schedule my vaccination appointment ahead of time so the check in and waiting period was quick. Linda who administered the vaccine was kind and I barely felt the shot.

Went to take my passport picture here and the girl who took my picture was extremely uncaring. She simply snapped a picture as she told me I couldn’t smile. After obviously not being ready for the picture (which was the first picture) she walks over to the printer prints out the pictures and checks me out without showing me the picture. After I look and the picture upsettingly she walks away unbothered. Just wanted Thalita from this CVS to know that she ruined my passport picture and I got to deal with it for the next 10 years. Do better. Hope u can find some happiness so you don’t have to ruin everyone elses days.
