This pharmacy's customer service and wait times have always been so good, that we drive 10-15 min here rather than use a CVS 3 blocks from our house that had longer hours. We do not regret the drive- saves us time & many headaches. :D

Ok. Let’s start with how dirty this store is . Bathroom was horrible - and other areas not organized or clean. Dead brown flowers for sale. Outside windows seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in years . Now this is one way of not having more people come in to this store. No customer service which means no one even acknowledged me at all. Times are changing and not for the better. Sometimes neighbors have no choice especially if there is no other pharmacy close by.

The medicine was not available at this pharmacy and the pharmacist took no interest in getting it transferred to the Walgreens across the street to get it filled. I had to go to Walgreens and made them call the CVS to get the prescription faxed to them after a two day wait without medicine. I am going to update my default pharmacy to Walgreens which has a better service.

Rude people working in the pharmacy. I went a couple times in one day due to there mistake and the attitude is like I am in their way and bothering them. I have been to plenty of pharmacies in my life and yes I know this is pretty much the standard but it just seems like the CVS at SC and Custer is bringing it to the next level. I won't go back. It's not a service industry but that doesn't mean you have to treat people like they are idiots and worthless. Walgreens is across the street and better attitudes.

I never leave reviews for anything. I'm typically a get-in-get-out type of person who understands how difficult public-facing jobs can be.I am always polite, if the person serving me is struggling or seems upset, I crank up the kindness to 11 and tip extra. Always. I get it.That being said, I frequent the pharmacy here on the corner of Spring Creek and Custer, and EVERY TIME without fail, the pharmacist(s) have the most abhorrent and unpleasant attitude I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing.I am aware that I can mumble sometimes, so when asked to repeat myself, I speak up with a clearer tone. These women ask me to repeat myself in such a rude way. It's as if my existence is an inconvenience to them ( Again, I get it. I hate asking for things as much as they probably hate getting things for me. I was a tech, too.) The degree and frequency to which this happens is ridiculous.I take a medication that's injected. Every time I need to get more syringes, I request the same thing. A few 1mL injection syringes, preferably with no needle. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They act like I've grown a second head, they get me the wrong thing, insist they only have 1 left, or that they can only sell me a limited number. EVERY time I have to insist that they go find what I need. (This is scary and hard for me, I have social anxiety) Sometimes the head pharmacist is there and he has to run back and grab what I need. Otherwise, it's a fight that takes 4 times longer than it should. I'm tempted to bring pictures or the actual needles, but this shouldn't be the case.Usually, I just don't have the fight in me, or I'm just too polite to say otherwise, but being a previous pharmacy tech for cvs myself, I know how commonplace a 1mL syringe is. And if they aren't available, it's very unlikely they'd be out of 3mL syringes as well. This doesn't happen at any other pharmacy I've gone to. Not even other CVS pharmacies. Again, it's ridiculous. It's infuriating, and I have a LOT of patience and understanding. This isn't something I am putting out lightly. This is my first ever online review. It may be due to sleep deprivation, or the fact I haven't eaten yet. Maybe I'n overreacting. But I think after 5 visits with the same results, it's not just me anymore y'know? I don't want anyone fired, I just have a lot of loyalty to the CVS brand, and i would hate to have to transition to a pharmacy that's further away. I know y'all can do better. Please do something about this. Thank you.
