Went to this store, on a Sunday at 10:30 am, to buy a few things and to pick up my prescription and the actual store was closed. The store hours said 8 am- 11pm. That’s an issue. Myself and 3pm get ladies pulled up thinking this place was open just as the website and store hours on the building said and it was not. There was no sign on the door indicating the closure. Such an inconvenience.

Absolutely impossible to reach pharmacy by phone. In an urgent situation, this is unacceptable.

Your particular location looks like it's abandoned from the outside. Your bushes are all over grown and growing on the street like CVS don't care about their appearance. Get a landscaper and make it look presentable.

I can't even call them? Once you fight with the automated attendant to get it to allow you to "speak with a pharmacist" it only gives you voice mail. BAD

Better NOT go to the pharmacy here. Told them my birthday, got it wrong, told them my phone number, got that wrong.
I was so worried that I double check the medication they gave me before leaving, in case they gave me the wrong med. Turns out, right med, but only got 19 out of 20 of the required amount. 🤬🤬🤬

Pick up order took 2.5 hrs , initial timeline was one hr, person in store was not helpful rather insisted to come only when pick up email is received

They refused to provide me the COVID Vaccine today despite being able to to go to this location for the vaccine for the past two years. They stated that it is due to my insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, no longer being accepted. Had that been the case, I should not have been able to book an appointment for my wife and I via their website when I provided our health insurance information upon submission.

CVS in Preston Road is Worst ever - When a medication is not available and ordered - they never let the patient and it takes 3 days for basic antibiotic. Moved from CVS to other pharmacy
