Pharmacy technicians are the worst i have ever experienced they don’t know nothing. I asked them about my prescription. One of them said it will be ready in an hour, and the other one said by the end of the day,
I told them it’s OK don’t transfer my prescription. I will get it from another location and she did transfer it. (Without my permission)
CVS management and pharmacist please give your employee more training and educations and more customer service experience

I came to this CVS location to drop off a UPS package and was really disappointed with the front-end customer service. When I arrived, there was no greeting at all. I stood in line behind one customer who only had two items, but the cashier—an older Indian gentleman—took nearly 10 minutes to check him out because he was having a long, unnecessary conversation. Even though he kept looking at me, he never acknowledged me.
When it was finally my turn, I politely asked if I could use some tape to attach my shipping label. He rudely told me they had no tape and that I had to do everything by myself. His tone was unhelpful and dismissive.
Thankfully, the pharmacy staff made up for it. They were kind and helpful, quickly providing tape and even helping me attach the label to my package. Huge thanks to them!
When I returned to the front to finish the drop-off, the same cashier had left the register and was wandering the store, watching me as if I was going to take something. He still didn’t greet me when he returned. After another delay while he logged into the system, he finally scanned my package. I was told he couldn’t print a physical receipt—email only. I entered my email and left.
Overall, the front register experience was frustrating and lacked basic customer service, but I really appreciated the pharmacy team's professionalism and kindness. They were the highlight of the visit.

They need to train there employees better on how to handle nice, respectful doordash workers who are trying to do their job and not call the police on them because they don’t know what they are doing… Do better CVS!

Deeply Disappointed by the Lack of Professionalism and Empathy by the Pharmacist at this location and truly resonate with all the other reviews about the pharmacy, most likely due to the same lady.
I had an urgent prescription sent electronically from the hospital well over an hour before closing. When I arrived to pick it up, only one of the two medications had been filled. The staff member at the counter told me, without any concern or apology, that they “didn’t have time” to process the second one because they were closing in three minutes, and suggested I go elsewhere.
This level of disregard, especially in a healthcare setting where patients rely on timely medication, is incredibly disappointing. A bit of empathy and professionalism could have made all the difference in what was already a stressful situation.
Pharmacies are often the final step in a patient's care journey, and experiences like this can seriously impact someone's health. I truly hope management addresses this issue and provides the necessary training or accountability to this rude, sad individual. No one should be turned away like this.

The worst drive thru service. Wait time at least 10 min. No apologies or sorry. If can’t service it, close it. Its always the same thing. Does anyone at the management level sees this??

If at all there is a place for worst customer service this is the place to go, I’m holding to write a review since 3 months, every time I visit this place there is an issue specially with the customer service. This morning I was in a rush to print some documents and I printed it on the computer over there, it gave me an error that there is no receipt in the printer, it’s the same error I got 3 months ago! They still did not resolve it.
Mr.khan was at the counter holding my documents and waiting for the receipt, I mentioned I’m in a rush please get it quickly. From that point he kept on arguing with me even though he got the receipt printed. I asked him sir could you please stop and bill me please, yet he kept arguing.
This is just one situation I faced, This CVS is a nightmare!

I patronized this CVS location for years (even though I no longer live close by) because at one point the quality of service I received at the pharmacy was worth the drive. Over the last year or so, that quality has taken a nosedive.
The techs are unprofessional and don’t seem to care about patient privacy. The wait times are long. There’s always some sort of issue when I go to pick up my rx.
I’ve had the same insurance but somehow there’s always an issue with submitting claims or they give me an incorrect copay amount and I have to go back and forth with them to get it fixed. Three times THIS YEAR alone I’ve had issues with them billing my insurance and their response is “oh it’s because your insurance must have changed for the new year.” It hasn’t. And I worked in health insurance for years. And if it did change at the start of the calendar year you should have it right from when I was here 2 weeks ago, right? My biggest pet peeve and a constant complaint here is their tendency to stand in the back and yell out your name and information instead of stepping up to the counter to discuss your prescription with you. Why would I want my name/DOB/name of prescription blurted out for any and everyone to hear? At my last visit they also accidentally stapled a printout of another patient’s information to my prescription…a whole patient profile printout with all of this gentleman’s PII and a list of all his prescriptions carelessly handed to me. It seems like they have trouble paying attention to detail at this location.
On a positive note, I’ve had great experiences here with getting vaccines administered by pharmacists and in the store.

Great service! The staff was friendly and efficient. The gentleman who helped me quickly grabbed my online pickup order and even gave my daughter some stickers, which made her day. I really appreciate the extra kindness—small gestures like that go a long way. Highly recommend!

I come to this CVS due to proximity but will no longer use their services. Their pharmacy staff is beyond rude and not helpful. They have on multiple occasions either told me something would be ready and it’s not available and when I have inquired as to why; the pharmacist completely loses her cool. If you’re looking for timely and quality service from a pharmacy, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
