The store was clean and well stocked, thus the two star rating. Service, however, was unpleasant. Khan was not helpful at all. He rushed the entire transaction and was not friendly, attentive, or interested in our concerns. there was only one person behind us, not that there was an acceptable reason to rush us through in the first place. He ruined the entire shopping experience for us. If I knew of another location nearby, I would have left and made our purchase there instead.

I would appreciate it if the clerk does not hustle me into getting a CVS Rewards membership as I realize later that there’s a $5 monthly fee! He was so adamant for me to check out with him at the register than me going to self-checkout. Seriously! Why assist me if you’re going to hustle me. I just want to shop in peace and not be disturbed especially when items are more costly compared to other minimarts.

I have been a CVS customer for years and have always received excellent service without any issues. However, last Sunday, June 9th, the pharmacist on duty, named Folu, treated me very poorly. It was the worst service I have ever received. She gave me the wrong medication, so I contested it. I said there was a mistake, and she told me that the medication she had given me was similar to what I wanted. The medication she gave me was not the same as what my doctor had prescribed, and I wanted the correct one. She then told me to go to another pharmacy to buy my medications and that I didn't need to buy anything there since it was wrong. I was shocked by such rudeness. If she is unhappy with her job, she should quit. I don't know how a CVS pharmacy can have someone with this profile on its staff, a profile that mistreats its customers. However, I did what she suggested and switched pharmacies because I cannot tolerate being treated with such disrespect.
I want to highlight that this same pharmacy has another exemplary pharmacist named Stanley. Stanley is always ready to help, attentive, and competent. This woman named Folu could very well learn from her colleague how to treat customers instead of telling them to go to other pharmacies.

Stanley the pharmacist was extremely patient and helpful when trying to change over my insurance. I had to change insurance plans which of course did not happen as quickly as I needed to request a refill. Stanley worked through all the paperwork as quickly as possible to get the prescription filled. If you go to this pharmacy ask for Stanley if you need help!!

Today I went to CVS, which I go to from time to time, I went to buy some notebooks which I needed a somewhat large quantity but they only had 6 on the shelf and I went to the person in front to ask if they had more in stock and their The only response was a RESPONSIBLE NO without even going and looking aside that he had a very bad attitude, it is the first time that someone at CVS has such a bad attitude and arrogance, they should move the man with the long beard. I don't think he likes customer service. !!!Today I went to cvs, which I resorted to from time to time, I went to buy some notebooks which I needed a little large amount but they only had 6 on the shelf and I went to the person in front to ask him if they had more in the warehouse and his only answer was a ROUND NO without even going and looking apart that he had a very bad attitude, it is the first time that someone in the cvs has such a bad attitude and arrogance they should move the man with a long beard I don't think he likes customer service!!!

My doctor sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, not the CVS that I’ve used all the time. After some back and forth with the doctors office it looked like I wouldn’t get my prescription until next week. When you’re sick all you want to do is feel better. I called CVS and left a message. Folu followed up this phone call and worked the whole thing out for me. I am so thankful for someone that actually cares about her customers so five stars to you thank you so much.

Today, 05/04/24, I went to my trusted CVS and the one closest to my location. I was accompanied by my friend from work. Since I entered the pharmacy, I felt the repeated look of the worker in charge. I think he has the name STEFHEM at first I thought it was normal that he saw us, later I noticed that he was only following my friend and me, that didn't bother me because I think his job is to take care of the premises, when going to the cashier Mr. mentioned above, he didn't look like he wanted to help us with any information, we approached him to ask for help with a price and the man ignored us and left the register to help some ladies and we were left waiting for him, he didn't take long to return and when he arrived I wanted to ask him about the price and he ignored us again this time he attended to the man who was behind us it seemed very rude of him since we were waiting first and he attended to 2 people and ignored us until I told him to please give me the price and that it is very racist to do that, I am Latina and the man seems to me to have a problem with that, I have rights like many here and I also pay for my products with the same money that everyone else pays, I felt upset, sad and disappointed by this situation. I had an exceptional experience with the CVS pharmacist team. Pharmacist Stanley and Shahayar demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills, efficiency, and a genuine care for my needs. It was a couple hours before closing and toddler really needed his flu medicine and antibiotics. The team's kindness and seamless teamwork were evident as they quickly clarified my doctor's orders and smoothly transferred my prescription from another pharmacy. Overall, their expertise and dedication make them truly exceptional at what they do. I'm so impressed that I've decided to entrust all my pharmacy needs to CVS from now on. Extremely grateful for their genuine care and professionalism.
