The rest of their staff is great but there's this one old lady there who is horribly confrontational and belligerent. Think wicked witch of the West brought to life, honestly probably even worse. Will not be going here again. Save yourself the headache of getting berated by a power tripping boomer and go somewhere else.

The store has the worst customer service. Long hold times, then they either pick-up and place you back in hold or just leave the receiver on the counter today to 10 mins and two reholds. Two weeks ago I was on hold for 45 mins most of which was listening ti the pharmacist and tech talk..did the hope I would hang up ?? Call resolution times must be high, it they pick up at!

Called to have them pause my RX so that a different location can fill it same day since it would take 5 days for them to do it. I called 2-3xs and they picked up and hung up on me with me explanation. Called them one last time and explained what happen just for the girl to ignore it, she paused it for me for me didn’t even apologize or provide an explanation on their rude and horrible service. Thanks for such a bad experience.

What a nightmare of a wait. Well over an hour with only 4 people ahead. Only one person working and bouncing between pick ups, consults, vaccines and answering the phone. Too many pharmacy options out there. Time for a change. See ya CVS

Brought my son to this CVS location for his second Covid19 shot. The pharmacist was very polite and professional. The whole process went well. My son said he didn't feel the jab at all. The pharmacist was good. Anyone that is in this area needed to go to the pharmacy, I highly recommend this location.
