Miss Dayle was very friendly and informative. She was thorough and helpful in making sure that we were getting the right equipment for our picnic gathering.The equipment was in good condition and we had no issues. I will suggest that you get a thorough inspection to make sure everything is in good working condition prior to receiving your equipment.The location of the store was difficult to locate because it is inside the Willow Bend Mall and the location maps inside have not been updated. Best location to park is the parking garage right next to Dillards next to the Food Court entrance.Although the location is not close to where we live, I will be back for future rental equipment assistance.

The software was fine - connected and worked properly. Speaker was good.The mics however didn’t work. One didn’t work at all, the second didn’t work great and we had to constantly shake it to make it work. When returning, explained the situation and was dismissed with “you signed saying it all worked when you left, shouldn’t have signed”. Yes. We signed because the software and speaker worked, we didn’t sit and test mics they were just handed to us in a box…..terrible customer service. Definitely put a damper on the night, frustrating and not able to do any duets.

If you are questioning, in the end you should know that their equipment is good quality and if you have teenagers or tweens, they will love this experience. The equipment seems complicated but it all connected and displayed great at home. Thanks for all the help and advice as we planned this at home party!

This one is better than the one in TX.Gives off a better vibe... Also.. (and more importantly) the seem to have a better selection.. The actually have those hard to find CD's that you are looking for.I remember when this place first opened (November 1997), I was living in TX at the time... and the place was all that then and it has gotten better.Probably the best music store in the country.
