I highly recommend Park Place BodyWerks Plano based on my own personal experience. I had an insurance claim for damage that wasn't easy to get parts and repairs approved for. I worked with Vinh Phan who did a great job of securing a lot of parts and getting expensive repairs on my vehicle fixed with very minimal out of pocket costs, after believing at first they would be high, Not to mention the body work was flawless.

DO NOT USE THEM! I have had the worst experience here. I wish I could give them 0 stars! They butchered my brand new car repair from hail damage. When I called to speak to my advisor he would never answer and would never get back to me. I wish I could say things got better when I started speaking to the manager but they did not. I was also told that they would be covering my rental car for all of the communication issues and I got billed for it because they never paid the bill! And we won’t even talk about how i believe they commit insurance fraud! I could go on about my extreme disappointment but I think the point was made. Will never use them again!

I had such a wonderful experience at Park Place Bodywerks. Chris Landry was so nice and extremely helpful! I came in there pretty disppointed from other body shops not providing a free estimate & not wanting to help me without a fee. However Chris provided a free estimate and the best service I've experienced in a very long time. Thank you Chris for all of your help! You were so sweet to me and I appreciate that more than you know! I will be back for any future car body work needs.

Emily and mr Dennis, provided very great and extraordinary customer service , ms emily was really helpful from the beginning she is awesome and great at her job Mr Dennis handled our claim professionally and did outstanding job for my TX500h. I highly recommend this body shop

This body shop did a fantastic job fixing my car. It was also super clean and shiny when I picked it up. Hopefully I don’t need more body work done ever but if I will always refer and bring my car here if any work needs to be done.

I picked up my car today and wasnt happy with the works. It was under my expectations of their works. The representative staff (gary nelson) seems like not concern about customer opinion or concerns. I told him the issue (top molding) that need to be fixed and wasnt fix correctly and he kept talking out of it. He did agree to setup a next appointment for the technician to take a look but wouldnt commit that it wasnt done correctly. Last time i brought my car to the lexus body in downtown dallas and the works were PERFECT more then my expectation. Anyway, bottom line is their works are not as good as i thought it would be. Park Place team did a great job on my vehicle, communicating with my insurance company, and completing the work in a timely manner! Vinh took such good care of us. We had a minor issue after the repairs were completed and I left a message after hours to make him aware. He promptly called me back that same evening and then he came by and resolved the issue on his own time which speaks volumes. Thank you for going above and beyond! Although I don’t intend or desire to be in any future accidents, I know where I will bring my vehicles for repairs!

I am more than satisfied with my experience with Park Place Bodywerks and the staff that took care of me from start to finish. My car looks brand new, even shiny! The process was seamless and took less than 2 weeks. Dennis was an incredibly kind, patient, and diligent leader through this entire process and guided me with ease. I’m grateful and happy with their service!

I'm so glad I took my vehicle to park place. I was not informed that insurance companies do not use oem parts but rather use cheap alternative parts. Vinh educated me about the importance and safety of having oem parts. Vinh and the park place team did a great job of putting my vehicle back to factory specs and looks as good as I when I purchased the vehicle. Highly recommend this shop.

It's unfortunate that I had to utilize Park Place Bodywork's in Plano after an inattentive driver here in the DFW slammed into the rear of my almost paid off Accord. But the good thing is these guys here Mr. Mendoza, Mr Pena, and Mr Harden (just as they put Humpty Dumpty back together) they put my car back together for me. The amazing body work these Master Mechanics do is phenomenal!!!! It takes amazing skills to RE-BUILD a vehicle that you (reckless inattentive, eating a bowl of cereal, texting, and putting on makeup while driving) drivers here in DFW tear up!!! Mr. Miguel Mendoza is a Craftsman at what he does....the precision it takes to align a mangled mess of metal back into a vehicle is jaw-dropping. Mr. Mario Pena is another Master Craftsman that takes pride in what he does....he put the time into making my vehicle RIGHT!! I love these gentleman.....I was allowed to see the progression of my vehicle repairs.....They were so welcoming and they have so many other vehicles they are working on, I felt as if they only had my vehicle they were repairing. My amazing adjuster, Mr. Dennis Harden kept me abreast of the repairs the ENTIRE TIME....I got text messages and emails on the status of my vehicle....not only that, they DO NOT place any old parts back onto your vehicle (for the people in the back) they use all NEW or LKC parts for my vehicle!!!! AND YOU GET A WARRANTY ON PAINT AND PARTS AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE VEHICLE.....They give you a time frame as to when the repairs will be completed!!! AWESOME...Just AWESOME!! I pray I don't ever have to see these gentlemen again, at least not this way!! So if a reckless non driving DFW person (I gotta text, put on make up, eat a Whataburger, and paint my toenails) hit your vehicle.....take it to Park Place Bodywork's (IN PLANO)...and tell them the Chic From Memphis, Tennessee sent you!!!
