I bought over 10 things from this store. Some were open box returns and some were brand new. I bought a 2 pack of towels that were wrapped in ribbon. When I got home and opened it up, only one towel came out. I don’t like the deceit of this as the “2-pack” sticker was from Deal Grabber, not Threshold/Target.

Neat place. Prices are awesome. Found birthday cake plates that I have searched on Amazon and other sites and never found what I wanted. Walked in and there they were. 8 plates for less than 2.00.

I normally love going to Deal Grabber, but I just had the worst customer experience here. ❌Two days ago I came here and purchased two large furniture pieces, one of them being a tripod floor lamp.Halfway through assembly, I realized it was missing a large screw and some sort of locking mechanism inside of the leg.I looked in the box, through all of the packaging, on the floor, everywhere.I looked to see if I had any other screws lying around at home, but I could not find a similar one, and without the locking mechanism, it wouldn’t have mattered. Sure, I could’ve gone to a hardware store to look for both of the parts - but I really didn’t want to deal with that.Normally whenever you buy a product, especially a piece of furniture, you expect or at least HOPE that all the pieces are there, and I get that this is a wholesale liquidation store, and the products can sometimes be customer returns from the original store, which is why there may have been missing screw originally.I wasn’t really mad about the screw, and I didn’t want to put that much time an effort into looking for another one, so I decided to just go back to the store and return the lamp.BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!!The cashier that helped me when I bought the lamp was very nice and told me that Deal Grabber has a 3-day return policy, but only for boxed items if they have missing parts or are damaged - all of which apply to my purchase. She assured me that they inspect products before selling them, but if anything happens, I can return it.** Tonight I went to Deal Grabber with the lamp and receipt. A woman came to assist me, and I proceeded to tell her that it was missing a screw and another part, and that I’d like to return it. In return, this woman looked at me and straight up said,‼️ “ I don’t mean to offend you or comment on your intelligence, but did you think to get another screw for it?” ‼️I gave this woman the most dumbfounded look. I was pretty upset at her comment. I tried to explain to her that it was some sort of allen wrench screw and I couldn’t find anything in my house to just easily replace it, and that the leg of the lamp could not be attached together without those pieces and I didn’t want to bother with going to look for parts at a store.Despite my ‘low intelligence’, she processed the return for me, anyway, and assured me that it would be back in my account within three days.I wasn’t really upset that the lamp was missing pieces, especially since I knew that I could go back to the store to return it, but what really upset me is what she said to me. I don’t think in any universe it is appropriate to make a comment on someone’s - let alone a customer’s - intelligence.A lot of times, you’ll hear people say the words, “no offense”, and then they’ll quite literally say something offensive after it…but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s STILL OFFENSIVE.Just before I left I heard the same woman tell another worker that if there really is just a screw missing, if she can find one to replace it and put in there, then do it.Honestly, it would’ve been nice if they had offered to give me replacement parts if they just so happen to have a supply of them in the back or something - that would’ve given me a positive outlook of the business, but they didn’t. I assume they’re going to try to find replacements and then just put the lamp back out for sale.I get where this lady was coming from when she said what she said, but honestly, that’s something that you keep to yourself, not actually say it out loud to a customer. Because yes, DUH, I thought about getting another screw, but when I’m buying a product from a business - especially after I was told that they inspect all of their products before re-selling them- I usually hope that what I’m buying is going to function. But it didn’t, and that’s okay. I got my refund, no big deal.❗️What’s NOT okay is the attitude of Deal Grabber’s employees. If you’re so against giving me my money back for a faulty product, or don’t want to go through the hassle of processing a return, don’t offer refunds.

We made a return because the product we purchased was missing parts and the woman who processed the return asked us verbatim if we were stupid for not purchasing the parts that were missing from the product that Deal Grabber sold us. Deal Grabber clearly does not care about the employees that they chose to represent their brand. Overall very trashy experience.

Pretty good hole in the wall! In a very popular corner of that strip mall. The nearby businesses will occupy the front and middle row and although not a big deal I had to park way down towards 15th street. Has a small dabble in each category from a department store or Amazon.

Was in contact with the owner on FB marketplace and he held the item we discussed in the back until I was able to pick up! Associates provided me with a dolly and helped me locate other items of interest! 25-50% off on the items I was seeking. 6/7 of the items were new in box!

Amazing service and great deals.Today was my first time visiting and I got to meet the employees (Kimberly and Kay) and the owner Alex. All extremely friendly, communicative, and personable. The store is organized well, and you can find some great deals. A lot of items are marked 50% off from regular retail. They also regularly post on social media and respond in a timely manner. They post new inventory frequently but items go fast so you have to make sure you get here earlier than later!I’ll be back ?

Sort of unorganized but can find some good deals here! Staff seems overwhelmed and unable to be of much help, but it's a good place to check out every couple weeks.
