During a very stressful time in our lives, Mr. DeMarco was a lifesaver. We had the unfortunate experience of closing several businesses and filing CH 11 on several more. Mr. DeMarco walked us through every step with patience and kindness. He went above and beyond the call of duty in his representation and communication. He was always there for me, no matter how many questions I asked or how many times I asked the same one! I can't imagine having survived with such grace without DeMarco Mitchell. I do tax resolution work, so I meet many bankruptcy attorneys. The IRS is a very common creditor, but so many bankruptcy attorneys do not understand how to resolve IRS tax issues using bankruptcy. Robert does. That is a tool that should be in the toolbox for every bankruptcy attorney, but Robert is one of the few that actually has it.

I had so many questions when I went in for a consultation, but the first answer was not what I wanted to hear. Bob said bankruptcy was not a good option for me, and showed me the statutes that proved it. Then he shared additional information and resources so I could study a bit on my own, and ultimately gave me the name of a lawyer who can help. It was a very helpful meeting.

I had been referred to DeMarco Mitchell by a friend. They were incredibly helpful in getting me through some litigation and filings. Barbara and Bob are a great duo. I highly recommend them. Sometimes offices can be slow on response time, but with DeMarco Mitchell the responsiveness and care they took with my case/filings were top notch. I definitely recommend them.

Bob and Barbara were very helpful and guided me through the whole process. They were very professional, caring and attentive to all my concerns and questions. I was very nervous about this whole chapter 7 thing but once I went to see Bob, he assured me that everything will be ok and went through the whole process. The attorney was wonderful, fair honest and kind. But their business practices are not efficient or conducive to good customer care. In the end, I could not trust the process based on how I was treated.
