If you are able to go to another laundry room please do! I used to love coming here, but the bald Caucasian man that works here ruined it for me. He was annoying! Trying to be funny, nosy and just weird. Not to mention at this location there is mostly Hispanics and he was all up in their faces making everyone feel uncomfortable, rushing them to keep checking their dryers even though their time wasn't finished. Not to mention it was extremely hot inside, just a horrible experience. I will take my business elsewhere thanks to him.
If you can go to another laundromat, do it! I loved coming here, but the bald Caucasian man ruined it for me. He has no common sense and he bothered people. This place is mostly Hispanic and he was angry, making everyone feel uncomfortable, urging them to keep checking their dryers even though the time was not up. And it was very hot inside, thanks to him I will not return to this place and I do not recommend it.

The smallest low price white front loader machines have nasty rusted out soap dispensers. Also there was no hot water, I demanded a refund. She gave it but looked upset like maybe she didn't want to give my money back? They need to get this stuff fixed or shut it down.

The lady who works in the afternoon is rude, the change machines didn't work and I went there to ask for change, she was very rude, she has a terrible attitude.

Ever single washer was filthy and the attendant acted like it was normal blaming it on the night attendant when clearly they have been filthy for quite some time uuuuuuugh

Lady working night shift is rude. I went up there at 8:05pm to do only one wash (my comforter and not use dryer). The lady immediately said, “we close at 8.” I told her I was only washing one load and online hours state they close at 9pm. She could’ve been more polite and professional. They should turn off the light at 8pm then. Never coming here again.

I usually come here during the daytime on my days off and I love the main lady that facilitate the laundromat. She’s very nice and friendly. I’ve been to this place a couple of times at night due to work and the lady working is not friendly at all and she told me that they close at 8 and I was not able to finish up the dryer I paid for!!! She also looks at you like you stole something.

It was not convenient what so ever. In Google maps it said “less busy than usual” when I came in the lady in charge was using all of the washers and dryers. I understand they also do bundles for the employees to was and dry for other customers but this was outrageous. I was left to only use the small washers. After I had to put both of my loads in one dryer because all of the dryers were being used by the ladies that worked there as well as all the tables to fold clothes. I don’t usually care much but this place was a no no. Also it was so hot in there. I do not recommend coming here. It is not worth it. The ladies were not even nice or polite. Nothing going for it other than okay prices.

This shouldn't be a public laundromat. Lady in here is extremely rude and will pull your clothes from the washers/dryers without your permission. WHEN THERE'S PLENTY OF MACHINES AVAILABLE AND ITS NOT BUSY. An older review stated her actions were racially driven and I believe it. I'm in an interracial relationship and only my things were tampered with when our machines stopped at the same time. I only had one machine and my partner had three and actually pointed out to me that I was targeted. Either way, this is not laundromat etiquette. I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent job at a reasonable price.Neatly hung or folded. It's hard to please my wife. She was impressed.
