This place is way too expensive with no to little selection of children's shoes compared to a small place in Knoxville, TN. I was very disappointed with the selection.

This is actually so frustrating— this should NOT be labeled as Dick’s Sporting Goods. This is ONLY the Warehouse store. Can not believe I drove all the way there. So irritated.

Great stuff but the bathrooms are so nasty from the toilets to the sinks.

The clerk for men’s SHOES is so rude.
I asked to trying on then he made us wait over 30min. It was NOT busy and the clerks just chatting and laughing each other.
When I asked again, he just remembered and told no inventory even he told us he has inventory.
Then I wanted to ask another model, but he just left and seems feeling awkward.

They have some good mark down, I love it when they have the 75% sale on the shorts, I wish they did that for the warm ups....I go at least twice a month

Terrible customer service. They served us reluctantly and everyone was in a bad mood. We wanted to change the size of a pair of socks and they didn't help us AT ALL. We asked them if they had the size I was looking for and they told us NO, and when I started looking in front of them I found the size. 0 STARTS.

Went here to buy my son football gear asked the cashier to direct me to the correct area. She told me to just go look she doesn’t know if they have it. Wasted my time I came all the way from garland. 🤦🏻♀️

I went in the other day just to browse, when I was greeted by one of the sweetest workers I’ve met. Valeria took initiative and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me with any questions I needed, she certainly brightened up my day and am planning on going back!
