Ruined both me and my mother's day. For more than 10 years, my family and I have been loyal to The Shops at Willow Bend, and especially loyal to its Dillard's department store. About two weeks ago, I purchased an olive green Polo Ralph Lauren hoodie from the Dillard's in Stonebriar Mall when it was 30% off. After waiting, I looked back at the website to see that it was now 50% off. So, I asked my mother if she could take the hoodie to the Dillard's at Willow Bend and get its price adjusted. Unfortunately, the terrible service at this location made this simple task very difficult, and ruined our day. Before work, she returned the hoodie to the cashier at the Polo Ralph Lauren section of the department. My mother described the man working there as rude, loud, impatient, and impolite. After she had returned the hoodie and explained that it was 50% off, and that she would like to buy it again, the rude man told her that it was not possible, and that it would take 24 hours to be inspected and put on sale, even though she had just returned it and wanted to buy the exact same hoodie again. She asked for a manager, and the manager told her that it also took 24 hours. She had another item that she wanted to return, so she asked the Polo Ralph Lauren cashier if he could return that for her, too, and he barked at her, saying that it had to be returned in the home section. At the home section of the department, my mother asked the young lady working there if she could return the item, and help her with the Polo Ralph Lauren hoodie she had just returned as well. She returned her second item, but the lady told her that she was unable to help with the Polo hoodie. Just before leaving, my mother asked one more worker if he could help, and the worker was kind and told her that he could. Unfortunately, my mother was now late for work, and she had to leave. Later, she bought two of the hoodies online (to avoid shipping fees for under-$100 transactions) and we'll be going there to return one of them. Rest assured, I will not be shopping from the Dillard's at The Shops at Willow Bend again. They've lost my service and my 10+ years of loyalty. I will be sure to speak with a manager the next time that I'm there, and I will make sure that the rude Polo Ralph Lauren serviceman is held accountable for his disgusting behavior. Goodbye, Dillard's at The Shops at Willow Bend.

Only problem with Dillard's in Plano is the lack of sales associates to help you. I would suggest you hire more attentive sales associates and allow the customer to not get frustrated.

Good place, professional staff. Im in, get clothes, know where they are,my size (no need to try on), Im out. 10 mins. Beats going to Walmart, get accusted by pajama wearing green haired freak.

Ridiculous return policy, you only have three days to return items. I was thoroughly underwhelmed by their selection in the first place, but found a shirt I thought might work. Dillard's is unable to keep up with the needs of the current retail market and my guess is they'll die the same slow death that we've seen other retailers die.

I went to Dillards for the first time in years recently—I was surprised how much better this is than Macys or any other department store. Great selection, both on the luxury and economy spectrum of products, and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. I’m a fan, and will go here first from now on when I need something.

I wonder the type of leadership in the department store as a whole. Specifically, the shoe department. It isn’t a welcoming, helpful area to be. I’ve also witnessed a manager talk down to a team member while ringing me up. The manager (who stood doing nothing) demanded the employee to pick up phone and place it on hold rather than helping the employee out. A disgrace to see happen before my eyes. I opt to make the drive to Frisco to receive better treatment.I’ve also made a complaint to store manager for the same reason. Horrible way of treating team members.

I liked this place, they were well stocked. The only thing which I felt little sad about the mall overall was, there were very less shoppers. Afraid of one more mall to close down.

Went in needing a white Oxford and didn't know anything about the sizes. Steve in the men's suit area was so helpful measured me up, found me all kinds of shirts and was so friendly! He went above and beyond! If you need a dress shirt go see him! The lady I think he was training was also so nice and helpful!

I had to buy a formal dress for a gala event, and this Dillard's has such a vast selection and in many sizes. I had already been to many stores. The woman who works in Dillard's formal dress department is also so lovely and helpful. I was so happy after trying on 10 dresses to finally find one! I felt like a bride from Yes to the Dress! Lol.

Department stores are almost extinct. Nice to shop in a well stocked store. Bought two pair of shoes.
