I received an email said it’s time for tire rotation. I made an appointment and upon checking they told me the tires were not able to be rotated and 3 of the 4 tires need to be replaced. As I bought the fourth one at a later time and they told me that one was still good. I did what they recommended. After picking up my car, there’s a low tire pressure signal. I went back and asked for a check. They quoted me there will be another $250. I was shocked as I just paid about $600 in the morning and the 4th one was still good. What they care is to make money.

They do not have a functioning coffee maker, and they admit that it has been out of service for months. How hard would it be to simply replace it? And as you can see in the photo, there is absolutely no bottled water for the customers who are spending hundreds of dollars to get their vehicle repaired. Is the mini fridge broken as well? When things like this break, you fix or replace them. It's called customer service.

The customer service in the front was good. The way they took me in for a walk in was good. However I have to give a lower rating due to safety. On Wednesday I took my car in because I had a nail in my tire. Horrible timing before the snow. I had to be at work so I dropped it off and got a ride in. They informed me a couple hours later it was finished which I was happy at the timing. I left before we had a visit at work to get my car. Immediately upon moving my car I heard a noise that was not normal. I drove it out the lot to see if it changed and it didn’t so I went right back. One of the staff before heading to lunch was kind enough to stop and assess and told me what was wrong but that it couldn’t be fixed right away and I would have to wait for a fix. Since I was literally in the middle of an important shift at work I was not able to wait. Which is frustrating since the snow was about to happen. The weights to my tire were not put on correctly. I had it checked by a couple others with experience to verify because I was told it was safe to drive on temporarily until after the snow. I was told that was indeed not the case, especially in the snow. I am horrified that such carelessness happened. That staff was rushing and did not take time to ensure safety especially before a winter storm. That staff had to have noticed and heard the noise but left it to be since I heard it immediately upon moving my car. Why was it not brought up or corrected? I plan to talk to the manager after the weekend. I went to a different location as the safety of this location is not something I trust. I had to drive in the snow for work with this and if something had happened that’s scary to think. I wonder how many tires they touched during this period. And I hope to instill a level of caution during my talk to the manager as this cannot happen.

Travis was great and had great customer service. Ordered Tires and Wheels on 11/30 and a shipping delay caused an issue with the authorization on the card and turned into a nightmare due to Apple/GoldmanSachs being useless. Travis kept me updated on the status and even got me in as a walk in same day and out the door in under an hour. His approach is why I stay a customer with Discount Tire.

They're slow... really slow.
And yes, Discount Tire... I checked out that form. No, I'm not sending you my contact information along with a copy of the review you're already seen.
I've known for years that this particular store isn't worth a damn, but I used it because it was close to where I worked. I gave you guys a shot anyway - you failed. I will not make that mistake again.

The “check the air” line takes FOREVER because instead of just filling up the tires with air, EVERY car gets a sales pitch for the new tires!! People are in this line for a quick air fill and nothing else! Stop wasting people’s time with unnecessary sales talk!

I took my vehicle to store since was continuously having low pressure light. They recommended me many things and I spent a lots of money. Light came back again and now they said it is car computer problem. So I spent over 1,000 for no reason??

I came in with ONE tire that had an issue, I was told 1 hour wait. Then I started asking when it reached an hour and I got frustrated and said something and then suddenly they can pull my car back right now. Ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue with discount tire until I came to this location. Never again.

Do not take your slow leaks here for patching. All they will do will try to sell you a new tire. Three times. I will never be back for any reason.

First off they tried real hard to sell me new tires. I have NEVER had any other Discount Tire do that. I had a huge bolt in my tire so they said I needed a new tire. They had to order the tire so I had to go back the next day to get it. I had them put on my spare tire that has a different rim on it so I could get home. I went back the next day and again they tried to get me to buy new tires. I said no, again. They got my car in and proceeded to put the new tire on the spare rim!! The same guy that helped me the day before was the one that helped when I came back and he forgot to tell them about the rim in the back that needed the new tire. I had to go out and tell them what to do. They took the spare off and put it in the back. Then the guy proceeded to sit down and play on his phone. Meanwhile a truck came in after they had put the spare back in my car and he was done before mine!!! Oh, and when I was paying for my road hazard for the new tire I asked the guy if he needed my Discount Tire card and he said yes. I got it out and set it on the counter next to him and he pointed to the credit card reader. I inserted my card and nothing happened. He had processed it as a CASH payment! So he had to get the manager to clear it. This is the LAST time I will be going to that location!!!

Staff was friendly and estimated getting the nail out of my tire to take an hour but only took 30 minutes or so. Issue I had was the gentleman said I needed new wipers and asked me when the last time I changed them was, I told him this week because I had just gotten my inspection and needed new ones for that. Didn’t appreciate the attempt to sell me something I obviously didn’t need.

Terrible experience. Jusy wanted my tires rotated to get a liitle more life out of my tires before I bought new ones. They refused do it.They only cared about selling me new tires. I bought the tires from there and they have less than 20000 miles on them. I would have bought the tires there in due time but instead I'm never going back. They are nothing but sleezy saleman.

Had a flat tire and took it to this shop to get repaired. Was told the leak isn’t repairable and have to replace the tire which was not at all shocking as I’ve run into this with discount tire in other instances previously. What’s unacceptable was they are requiring us to replace the other rear tire on the other side because it won’t be even and will be hazardous otherwise. The other tire has about 75% tread left and why in the world would anyone in the right mind want to replace a perfectly running tire?! I understand it’s a business but integrity is just as important because there will be no business if integrity is missing.

My husband and I had a flat tire on our car trailer coming back home to Iowa from Houston. Called in and Spoke with Keandre, he scheduled us in ASAP. These guys replaced all 4 tires on our car trailer in the 96 degree heat within an hour and we were back on the road! We highly recommend and appreciate you all!
