These guys did an amazing job today! Zeke and Ryan helped me get set up with 4 trailer tires. They set an appointment at my convenience and once I arrived they were very professional and expedient. Excellent service!

The team member helped out the flat tire. He was very polite and helpful. All 4 tires got replaced in a timely manner.
The establishment was under the construction of renovation. Thus they moved the temporary office and the customer waiting space in two cargo containers.

Very grateful to this store. It was almost 4:50 p.m. when my tire started to go flat. I googled and found a Discount Tire, very close to where I was. When I arrived, they were very generous in helping me and fixing my tire with 3 minutes left before the store closed.

Today was probably my worst experience with Discount Tire. I had an exclamation mark warning on my dashboard and went to Discount Tire because I’ve been experiencing frequent flat tires. The representative directed me to the tire pressure check station, where they found my tire pressure at 27 PSI instead of the recommended 32 PSI.
I explained that I’ve been dealing with recurring flat tires, so they sent me back to the office representative. He collected my information, checked my tire tread depth (which was at 5/32"), and recommended replacing the tire. When I mentioned that I had purchased a warranty for $79+ tax, he checked again and eventually found my warranty in the system. He then took my key to inspect the tire.
After an hour, he returned and told me everything was fixed. However, when I started my car and left the store, the exclamation mark warning was still on. I immediately returned and asked why it was still showing. The representative told me that it would disappear after driving for a few minutes.
Unfortunately, even after a few hours, the warning is still on. I have no idea what actually happened, but the service I received today was completely unprofessional. I’m really disappointed.

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for several decades. I have purchased many tires for all my vehicles over the years. This is my 1st review. I went to Discount Tire Tuesday March 4, 2025 @ 5:50 PM. They close at 6 PM, and this location is undergoing remodeling. No problem. I was greeted by Krzysztof. He said they could help me, even though it was almost closing time. Then I met Ryan S. (Salesperson 444). He did everything pertaining to my purchase of the 2 Mohave Touring A/S tires, as well as the installation. That included getting the tires off of my car, pulling them off the rim, mounting, balancing, and reinstalling them on my car with the correct torque. Job well done! I returned March 12th for an air check. Sef made sure they were all at the correct air tire pressure (PSI). They were. I had some follow-up questions for Ryan, including rotation & balance checking of my new tires. He answered them all. Everyone at this location is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. A positive shout-out for all the crew. Great customer service! Thank you!

I have used Discount tire for 20+ years. Today was a let down. I sent my 19 y/o daughter in there with a nail in the tire and a rotation. She made an appointment and showed up. They did a quick check and said her tire with the nail was at 3/32 and the rest were at 4/32. They said that they can't service the tire at 3/32 in the state of Texas and the rest would need to be replaced. She left without anything being done. I cannot find anything on Texas not allowing the repair. Just that 2/32 is legal limit. I could be wrong .. I called back because the tires came with a tread life warranty. The guy I talked to said we would have to bring it back in to have the tires looked at but since they don't have any record of rotations that the manufacturer may not honor it. My son is a mechanic. He rotates them for me because he can do it at 8PM on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and it only takes him 15 minutes or so rather than take it there where it can be an hour or more (even with appointment, travel to/from, etc.). The guy I talked to was apologetic because the tech did not put anything on the paperwork so he did not see it. I get it. Just really let down by this interaction today.

I can’t give all 5 stars quite yet since I just got the tires today. But I can say staff were super friendly and helpful. I asked for the tires that I wanted and needed and they had it in stock no running around looking for tires. They took 20mins probably less to be honest.

If I was able to give a zero star I would. I went to this Discount Tire to get a tire repair in my driver rear tire. When I showed up, the first person looked at it and checked me in. I waited 40 minutes just for a different person to come and bring me into their pod and lied to me telling me that my tire is 3/32 seconds and instantly started trying to sell me tires. Not once did he try to even offer a repair and then proceeded to tell me my tires were bald. Highly recommend not coming to this discount tire. They only care about sales. I went to Walmart across the street and they read my tire at 6/32 seconds and Walmart had me in and out in 45 minutes, start to end. Worst and most rude experience I have ever had at a discount tire.

This was my first time to use with an appointment. when I arrived that time was not considered, I was given a different, much later time when I arrived. I will not be making an appointment again, if they are not honored. I have purchased all my tires at Discount Tire for many years and have always been extremely happy. I really question the integrity of "making an appointment."

I got a flat tire and went there for repairs. They fixed the leak for free in less than an hour. FYI, their main building is under construction, but they are able to keep the normal orientation going as usual.
