Discount tire off coit and George bush gouged all four of my new wheels on my Porsche and they aren’t claiming responsibility for them.
These horizontal scratches happen during removal, only when wheels are removed without lifting them off, instead letting them drag on the brake shield or something.
The scratches pictured are all the way through the finish, and you can feel the metal. The only people who touched these wheels were them since I’ve bought these wheels. My team noticed right away when we swapped to my black wheels last night, which are for track use.

The whole staff is awesome! Their manager Adam was very kind and considerate. I appreciate these guys and their hard work. Definitely has been the best discount tire I’ve been to. Every staff member I spoke to was understanding and helpful.

Went there for TPMS light problem. Confidently stated that changing 2 sensors would solve the problem. After changing, the light was still on and they just carelessly advised to go to dealership without putting any efforts.

Horrible experience. Had to get a new wheel and they failed to tell me the replacement had different bolts than all my other 3 tires and that would require a $30 tool that I now have to carry around just in case I ever get a flat. It also is jutting out further than the other tires which has caused driving problems. Will never return to this location.

I have bought at least two sets of tires from this location, and have had great service, until this morning. 7:15am taking kids to school, had a blowout right at the Coit/Bush intersection. I thought what luck to have that happen across the street from my DC. I limped in, tire flapping along the way as I drove past the front door and saw a handful of employees standing inside. I parked, and as I was crossing the drive in the drizzling rain to the front door, I heard a click. I was grateful, thinking the employee had unlocked the door for me even before they were officially open, but to my surprise it was locked. That guy really just got up having seen my condition, not to help, but rather race me to the door and lock me out. You aren't open yet... cool, I get it - how about letting me borrow your jack so I don't have to mess with the stupid little bottle jack in the rain... something. So, this morning, in the rain and my kids in the car, I changed my tire in the Discount Tire parking lot, while 4-5 Discount Tire employees looked on. I am however, thankful to the lone decent employee who got to work at 7:40am, saw what I was doing, went in and got his cordless impact wrench and torque wrench, and helped me put my lug nuts back on my spare. I used to love this store - they had good service, and it was right by my house. I guess it is time to find a new tire shop.
