I had low pressure in one tire. They check all tires and I will wait until the first of next year to replace two of them. Great service with no charge.

Very good service here everyone I go to get my tires changed. Mr James gave me great advice on my car and warranties on the tires are great. Good quality stuff and free air pressure adjustment. Also good price would recommend it to anyone who needs their tires changed.

I've been here a couple of times within past month or so to get my tires checked.2nd time I left with 3 of my 4 tire caps missing. That was a pretty cold day and the gentleman doing the air check was especially slow. I don't blame 'em. But I've lost count how many tire caps keep on going missing after a visit to Discount Tires.Also, they check the tread level. My first time the level was 6s and 7s. 2nd time I had 8s. I don't get it heh. The tread check needs to be more consistent. I need to know when to replace my tires and when not to.

Set an appointment for 9:00 am. Had 2 tires replaced and rotated. I was handed the keys back at 9:23 am. Impeccable service.

I replaced my tires and opted for the tire rotations. So, I schedule my appointment online and they get me in and out quickly. Great customer service from the staff.

They were kind enough to only replace two tires since I had just paid for my tuition and couldn't afford all four. I should mention that my back tires were almost as bad as the fronts, so it was nice of them to not try to upsell all four, as they definitely could have. Wonderful customer service. After my tires started wobbling, they let me come back and balanced all of them free of charge, and got me in and out within the hour even though they were very busy.

I was celebrating a birthday but then had a flat tire and went to another location that was full so I called this location and they were happy to have me come to their location. Once I got there Tommy got me taken care of in no time! He provided great service. I would come back again

Free air. That's good. Except, don't let them scan your vehicle's VIN. They don't need to to fill in air. Some of those guys will force you to open the driver side door and scan that info. That VIN# gives them access to tons of information that they don't need to have. Next, they will look at your tires and tell you that you have to get new tires or you cannot drive off the lot. Again, that is ILLEGAL. Discount Tires is not authorized by any government agency to detain anyone for any reason.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Discount Tire. I brought my vehicle to your establishment due to low air pressure in one of my tires and discovered that a nail had punctured it. While I initially sought assistance with repairing the tire, I ended up being subjected to unwarranted up-selling tactics, resulting in the replacement of my wiper blades.Despite the additional service provided, my dissatisfaction arises from the fact that the primary issue—the tire puncture—was not adequately resolved. Regrettably, the following morning, I encountered the same tire pressure error message, indicating that the problem had not been properly addressed. Consequently, I returned to Discount Tire seeking a resolution, only to be informed that there could be various reasons for the recurring issue. Surprisingly, your representatives swiftly shifted blame onto my usage habits, absolving themselves of any responsibility for the inadequate repair job.Moreover, I must emphasize my concern regarding the mishandling of my new tire during the attempted fix. Not only was the original problem left unresolved, but the tire itself was further damaged in the process. Astonishingly, your establishment refuses to acknowledge any accountability for this regrettable outcome.I find it highly disconcerting that Discount Tire, a company I had previously regarded with respect and trust, would exhibit such an unprofessional and unsatisfactory level of service. The lack of accountability, combined with the subpar repair work and consequential damage, has left me feeling disillusioned as a customer.Consequently, I must express my disappointment by stating that I cannot, in good faith, recommend Discount Tire to others. I sincerely hope that your organization recognizes the importance of rectifying this situation and takes immediate action to address the unresolved tire issue, as well as assuming responsibility for the damage caused. I trust that you will prioritize customer satisfaction and work towards resolving this matter in a prompt and professional manner.

Came in to get my tires rotated. When I bought my tires originally I was pretty much lied to and wasn't told the whole truth. Michael took great care of me. He saw how disappointed I was. He did everything in his power to earn my trust and make it right. In the sales game it is 99% lies and 1% try figure out where you were lied to. I felt comfortable with Michael all around good job and I appreciate him. Kudos Michael
