Don’t ever go to this store. I was arrested because I walked out with 2 cans of beer because there is never anyone at the front of the store when you try to check out they use to have self checkout but cut that out employees just ignore customers when trying to check out customer service is terrible very very dirty and unorganized on top of that I spent 6months locked up in Collin County Detention Facility for a theft charge. Why should I have to stand in a checkout for almost 15mints trying to pay for my items just being ignored by there employees 😫😫😤😤

The cashier gave amazing customer service but they only have 1 register in the store so there was a huge line that took like 20 minutes for me to buy 2 items

Google and sign on the door says open till 10pm. Showed up at 9:10pm and all the doors were locked and the employee near the door saw me then ran to the back.

This store reminds me of someone’s storage shed products thrown around and trash on the floor. Maybe they are trying to make those from south of the border feel at home

Very dirty ,messy and disorganized. Employee very condensing when I asked about a price check 50 percent off toy. Don't come here very dirty store and customer service sucks.

Can I give negative 5 ? Walked in today. Same lady as described two years ago in the scenario. There’s no one working the front of the store the back of the store or well the store. There were two customers in the front who had been there waiting for 10 min. An elderly lady was ringing a bell and shouting for someone. We thought someone might be hurt in the back. Three employees emerge. A ZZ Top looking midget , same lovely lady as described in previous posts. And some imposter I’ve never seen before who decides to play bouncer for Oscar the Grouch and starts yelling at all of the customers for trying to find them. The midget just looks around and walks away to get back to his bong. What a joke.
