The store is okay but the Hispanic is very racist and rude I will be calling corporate on this store for allowing this man to work there and mistreat customer please really don’t go there cause management supports his behavior and continues to do it

One of the better Dollar Tree stores I have been in. The day berfore I stopped at another location and it was completed disshelved. This store is cleaner and more organized than most.

The BEST Dollar Tree in the area! Store is clean and organized, and employees are extremely helpful!! I was looking for something specific and they only had one of it. The cashier, Ms. Kristy, was kind enough to write down my number and called me when they found some more in stock. When I arrived to pick them up, they were saved for me out front, already wrapped in tissue paper so they wouldn't break, and boxed. ❤️ They went above and beyond, and that's rare nowadays.

This post is to recognize an employee by the name of Haley. A couple of months ago, I was at my all-time fav Plano Dollar Tree, and I became very lightheaded and felt like I was going to pass out while I was walking through the isles. I could not find anywhere to sit! I quickly got over to where Haley was checking out and let her know what I was feeling... she QUICKLY grabbed a chair, and even PAID for a water bottle. She made me feel safe and not uncomfortable (while checking out other clients) and she remained calm. After what felt like an hr (probably 5-10 min) I re-collected myself and she made sure I was ok. I never got a chance to recognize her, this was a couple of months back. I will never forget her kind gesture; we need more people like her in this world!

This Store is a bit bigger than the rest of the other stores which I have seen, They have more craft items and a lot of seasonal stuff and other places. You can find a variety of watch batteries in this store.

Check your receipt IMMEDIATELY! I got charged DOUBLE on quite a few items. Also, the 3 pack of Cracker Jacks…I got 2 packs and was charged 6 times…one for each individual box! ??♀️

Poor customer interaction specially the cashier KAY who is one of assistant manager at store really dont know how to interact with customers! First of all they ask you whether you need a receipt or not and if you need to exchange something they all of sudden start asking for the receipt even if you show them credit card transactions. She was really being rude infact as i was not expecting this kind of behavior from a big store like Dollar One.

I visited this location to look for Christmas gift bags/boxes. There was a large selection of tins and boxes but none of them were the right size for my needs. The prices were very reasonable, but the bottom line is that I had to go to Wal-Mart to find what I needed for a little more money. This was definitely a store to go to if you are on a budget, thus the name... Dollar Store. Most of the items I saw were not a dollar, but were $1.25 each. The store was clean which was nice.

ALERT ????????Don’t go to this DT..Worst dollar tree ever in States. Worst customer service. The lady claim to be manager there was very Rude disrespectful and unprofessional. She was giving all customers attitude.I went to register with few things and greet her with hello.. no response. I thought she missed that so I said hello again.. she said “ I don’t have to talk to you”. It stuck to me that something wrong with this lady. I told her i don’t wanna buy anything. She was so bad person that she threaten me to call the cops.it seems she have some mental issue going on. She treated almost all customers the same rude way. Feel free to check other customer review’s as well. I am wondering why the manager or management not taking any actions against her. God bless her if she’s having any mental issues. The doller tree on 6205 Coit rd, plano..when I was telling her this is not the way she supposed to talk to the customer then she got more rude and denied my transaction with saying to leave the store and threatening me to call the cops. I was confused, felt disgusted, and left empty handed. I would not recommend to anyone go to that store until there is some changes. I have added the photo of the lady did it to me.
