I've never been treated this poorly at ANY establishment, EVER! Dollar Tree is not somewhere I usually shop, but I never knew how ghetto it actually is. My kid asked me to stop by there to get him a little toy and I agreed. Upon entering a woman working there started following myself and my 6 yr old like a stalker then told me I had to leave my backpack at the cashier. The laptop in my backpack was worth more than their entire inventory and I'd never leave it with some random person. What a bunch of BS! I told my son we're leaving, at which point the woman started shouting at me about knives, sharp objects or some other nonsense! If I decide to not spend money at a store they can't make me!! No idea why she was yelling at me. Seriously, what kind of a trashy place is this???

Very unprofessional and unacceptable how the manager treats customers and the homeless. Very disrespectful and trashy! Go to dollar tree on Jupiter!!

I'm not sure who the disrespectful worker that's working right now but I'm going to find out. I called there to make sure they were open because I showed up last night at 7:00 and they were closed but the lady that wants to answer this morning wants to tell me I answered the phone so that means we're open right? Don't appreciate the attitude but u got the right one! I spend my money in here damn near every day and y'all want to treat customers like that. I'm very respectful and polite every time I come in here.

I don’t expect a 5-star shopping experience at a place like Dollar Tree. But, at least the staff should have a little bit of decency and a little customer service skill. Cashier named Amy, not only she was slow but also rude. She told me and other customers to put the basket back at the door after we were done paying. She got mad and said ‘you must put it back to where you took it’ pointing her finger at the door. It IS THEIR job to do it, not the customers! If she’s paid a barely minimum wage, that IS not customers’ problem.

Crazy that I’ve encountered the same situation as others with the lady with the raspy voice! I asked the other employee if this was store policy and nope she said it wasn’t! But if she asks it’s for her safety in case there’s a sharp object?! I was purchasing candy, fuzzy socks, & common sense would be to grab one item one by one! But still they let her do whatever she wants I guess but she definitely lacks customer service and doesn’t even speak or greet you. She will literally stand there and stare at you! Like are you serious??? Like if you don’t talk, how am I supposed to know what you want me to do or I just don’t understand I’m so mind blown at this point. After that, I asked her like what was going on and she told me to just put my stuff on the conveyor SO SHE DOES TALK just don’t understand I’ve never had this issue before. I was literally purchasing candy & a few other things like it’s ridiculous what we have to deal with. AVOIDING THIS STORE FROM NOW ON‼️‼️

Just left this location cuz I was 5 minutes too late for Aldi. I thought the no backpack thing written in sharpie was ghetto already but tonight I was asked to remove 6 items from my basket to the conveyer. I obliged but her watching me remove them one by one literally took longer and the line was too long for that. Customer service is always first to go when you are turning the ghetto. Freezer section not even stocked

Staff is very disrespectful and move very slow. Cashier (raspy voice lady) told me today 6/24/2024, that she will move slower after I politely told her to unfreeze herself. She was literally froze for 5 minutes while the checkout line was getting longer. Over 20 people in the checkout line. She needs to be reported to corporate. She just sits down with no energy to work. Need replaced. Zero stars!!!

I just moved to Plano recently and enjoyed the first couple of visits here but then two in particular employees one tall brown lady with curly hair and her buddy older white lady with a mr krabs voice started to be rude whenever I came in breathing hard when I come in line to buy my things watching my mom and daughter while shopping and talking about other customers real loud on purpose won’t be coming back and hope they get what they deserve

I love shopping here they have a great stock of items and new items the store is clean however there was an evening manager along with an other employee talking really bad about customers who leave things around the store where they don’t belong and kids making a mess one of the ladies said she wanted to whip the kids butts who were being messy and she said they hate people ..SMH like why work in a customer service store??they should not be talking about customers in front of a customer
