I absolutely love DSW shoes! It has become my favorite place to buy my shoes. Besides all their great styles, variety, and name brand quality shoes, including wide widths, they have amazing clearance racks with deep discounts. You can easily become a VIP member and almost always have rewards or discounts every time you buy a new pair of shoes! Also, I have received free items such as large tote bags worth $49.99 during checkout with special offers they provide. I love the fact that DSW has free shipping to your closest store if you order online! They always greet me when I walk into the store and make my experience a friendly one every time!

This is a good store. Clean and orderly. The staff are very polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable as well.

Never again. Wanted to buy I pair of boots….could not without joining their reward program and now getting multiple emails a day. Boots were supposed to be 50% off…they weren’t. I won’t return not that it is a big loss for them but hopefully the review will deter others from shopping there. I would have gone somewhere else, but I had a time sensitive reason for the purchase.
