I took my jacket to this dry cleaning store some time ago, but when I received it, it was not clean at all. The sleeves were discolored, and the jacket didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The person behind the counter said they would wash it again, but when I came back, it was in the same condition—still dirty and discolored. I did not see any point in talking to them any further, as complaining or asking them to fix the issue didn’t help. They ruined my favorite jacket and charged me for it.

Not open during posted hours!!! Went there on Friday at 8:45am to pick up a suit needed for an event on that day. There are people in the back, but no one will answer the locked door. Open sign is turned off. The phone number on website and receipt doesn’t work for the Midway Rd location. Found a working number on yelp listing, but it just goes to voicemail that says they’ll get back to us “at their earliest convenience” (rude verbiage). Always understaffed, cleaning takes twice as long as anywhere else- WHICH is why I dropped my suit off 5 days ago). Tired of being loyal to a company that doesn’t respect their customers. Terrible business practices & poorly run. Will take my business somewhere else!
UPDATE: In desperation, went back at 10:26am as other reviewer complaints say they open 8:45am’ish. Now there is a note saying they will open 1:30pm and ladies in back just shrug & won’t open. Ridiculous! I had to run to mall to buy something last minute.

Prices are outrageous here! Brough 8 beach towels to be washed and dried nothing special and it cost me $81. I could have gone and bought new towels cheaper than that. Do not go here.

Ever since the new management took over, service has tanked. If you drop off your clothes, most will have to since the published opening is 8:30 am, and actual opening is 8:40 or 8:45 am, no notifications, no texting services to let you know when the clothes are ready! Also, under the “eco” push, their prices are on the highest end compared to other cleaners. I am switching after several years of giving them business!

I do NOT recommend them to anyone!!!! Their supposedly store Manager Clara Manager is totally unqualified to be a manger of anything
I have been coming since 2022.. with shirts ONLY and to be folded… the last 3 times they had NOT been folded so on Thursday i brought just 2 shirts in and explaned to her since she was the person that I handed them too esplained what had happen and she said she would personally make sure they were folded… SHE LIED and then upon pick up when she brought them out to me they were NOT folded I got upset and when I asked to for them to be no charge since the order was wring she said she could do that and then said I need to take my business some where else…, upon getting more info like the name of the owner, name of the company etc… she totally LIED… LIE LIE LIE …,,

Was told my item would be ready at 5pm on Thursday. Showed up 3pm Friday and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Came back 2 hours later, as I got my item it was still dirty. They said it would be another 20 minutes. I was not about to leave with my item again, so asked how much it would cost to just get my item back. Paid $20 to get back a dirty comfortor. Lady working the front popped an attitude at that point. Otherwise would have left the situation for what it was. But front desk is what prompted this review. Don't go here, they take your money for no reason.

Everytime I bring my sons white clothes to get cleaned by Tom he does AMAZING!!! And he’s sooo kind and explains what the different stains are from so I try not to mess my clothes up with fabric softener! He’s one of a kind! ☺️

Quality was very good. However, it was a bit pricey to dry clean and press 3 pairs of trousers @ $14. I guess this is just another example of post pandemic inflation. I've never needed to wear trousers until I started a new position at the beginning of the year.

I will never return to this business again. I took two sport coats to get cleaned and a brand new button down shirt. The first issue is they told me my items would be ready the next day after 3pm. I showed up to pick up my items and they had not even started on them. The shirt came back snagged and had stains on it. The two sport coats came back stained. Be sure to read reviews before taking your items here.
