Edgar, this name i will never ever forget in my life.Definately without Edgar I wouldnt have owned a house. He found a way for every problem I have.In my situation it was really very complicated, not enough money, money was going to be transfered from abroad, credit cards..ohhhh my God, it was really tough. But with his skills and brilliance, he was able ro figure out a solution for every problem/complications I have.Before Edgar I was with other lender. From day one he told me either you pay a big deposit, or it wont work. I would not recommend him or his team. They were very unprofessional and canceled our closing 30 minutes before the appointment when we had everything ready to move. They had almost a year to prepare our VA loan and the same day of closing after canceling it they started requesting documents that we had sent them multiple times over the last couple months. They were not prepared or ready for our closing. They kept re scheduling it saying every day over and over everything was ready and then canceling again.
