The massage therapist was great! However, prior to my appointment I called because I had a gift card to ensure that would be no issue. Which I was assured, all fine they just needed a credit card on file for all clients. After my massage I was told the gift card can’t be used because it was purchased at a Mansfield location! I wish the same information would’ve been provided to me at scheduling. I end up paying $99.00 as a new client offer. Will not go back since they are not disclosing full and correct information upfront.

Cathy Is a superb therapist. Her technical knowledge of different massage techniques and kind spirit always make my time at Elements worthwhile. She is always very considerate and personable and on time. Elements would not be the same without her.

Amazing first time experience for my teenage daughter who plays volleyball. Victoria was able to not only make her feel comfortable but she incorporated stretching that really helped out.
