I am so impressed by this location. Our insurance carrier had us use them for an accident, but we chose them when we needed a rental. The staff are friendly and professional. The office, like the vehicles, is clean and neat. I recommend them to anyone needing a rental! You won't be disappointed. Did I mention how easy the entire process was?

Terrible place to rent a car from. Zero customer service. Instead I was subjected to discrimination and an environment where I felt extremely anxious and fearful as a result of Terence and the team of people he had observing him from accounting. One of their names are Mason or Mace. I have photos of these individuals and may upload them to this review. In addition, they refused to pick up phone calls. I also have a video recording of their phones ringing while Terence ignored the phone but engaged in conversation with the three people observing him. At no time did any of them recommend he pick up the phone. He also lied about my reservation coming showing up in his system timely. I had proof he was lying. Once the three observers from Enterprise saw that things had gotten out of hand, they ran to the back room and within some minutes, left the branch. Terence apparently played football a while back, suffered an injury and his career ended so he got stuck at enterprise and is very disgruntled about this. While I can understand his frustration, it does not justify the discrimination and anxious environment I was subjected to. I will most definitely not recommend this place unless you want to be treated in a similar manner.

Excellent service. Professional and courteous. Easy checkin and checkout. Very clean car in great condition. My eclipse experience was dependent on car rental so thanks for making it a great experience! "Totality" recommend haha. All staff are great and nice!

Legit the best experience I've ever had with a car rental company. Brother (ITISAM) from Birmingham Airport Company (ALAMO registered with Enterprise) was very professional, polite, respectful, and had really good vibes. MashaAllah he's smashing it with the work he's doing. He needs to get a promotion asap. Your brother from Palestine.

Was able to rent a car over the phone and request a vehicle to pick me up. Was also able to get a ride back when I returned the rental.
Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the car sent to pick me up was an hour later than scheduled. Everything else about the rental and customer service was good

No one at the company will pick up the phone. I have tried calling them the last two day and have been placed on hold each time. The automated phone system will just end your call after 10 or 15 minutes. Zero customer service.

January 31, 2024, I picked up a car reserved by Nationwide Insurance at 2901Central Expy and Parker Rd location in Plano, TX. February 8, I returned the car. Shortly after a charge of $ 160.93 appeared on my credit card. Called inquiring about the amount. First they asked if I used the tollway, I replied no. Then I was told it was a vehicle protection charge. I mentioned that I didn't elect nor was any discussion about any type of insurance since for the rental since I have my Auto Insurance with Nationwide. The person I was talking to agreed to refund the amount $ 160.93. The same day, February 11, I was charged $ 227.60. Again I called and explained that there was no talk/discussion when picking up the car about any other charges. I was told there was nothing they can do about it. At the time of picking up the car, the representative walked to the car and mentioned that no smoking and no pets were allowed in the car. He asked for my credit card as per their procedure. Then he handed me the tablet to sign. So, I didn't fill any information and there no talked about anything else. And if, if I would have elected this vehicle protection I would have inquired about the price and the charge on my credit card would not have been a surprise. From the reviews posted, it seems that many customers had unpleasant experiences as the Enterprise customer treatment is laced with deception and dishonesty. I find their tactic a form of surprised ambush, a predator, deceptive and fraudulent practice. I want Entreprise to do the right thing and refund the amount of $ 66.67. Also my advice, be very careful when and if renting from this company. Putting my trust in their employee was the wrong thing to do.

My grandpa had to use them while he got a new car. They gave him a car wirh existing hail damage but made him pay for it despite two witnesses supporting the fact our area had no hail. It was impossible for it to have come from our area of Dallas as we received rain and no hail. He had barely driven it and did not drive during adverse conditions. Because he didn't think to report the existing damage, the dent got pinned on him. Now he's stuck with a false claim on his record and a $500 deductible. Very predatory and probably someone covering their mistake in missing the damage. I live in the same house and my car had zero hail damage as we had zero hail in the area. Same with our neighbors. A big company taking advantage of an older adult.
