Easy, fast & convenient. We were initially going for a Durango but when we arrived they needed a CC for that vehicle and we only had a debit so they gave us the option to choose a Chrisler Pacifica which was even better for us. Will be back for any rentals!

My brother and I had to rent car and was referred to enterprise on 4001 N.Central Expy Mr James is the one that head assist us in the car that I had rented. He was very courteous and very thorough with our transaction and us picking the car that I wanted making sure everything was all right with the rental and everything was good.We really appreciate his customer service and being very polite and helpful.
And even with our return of the car Mr Mark was the one that assisted us and was extremely courteous and very helpful and made sure if we did needed any other assistance. Which we really thank him and appreciate his service and Assistance.We really thank enterprise.
But my brother and I didn’t like were there was another lady worked from the extended side office that made her her business to do something that we very much didn’t like that we think that it had to do just because of who we were.She didn’t have anything to do with the returning of the car or assist us with the transaction.We just definitely need that to be known.Because of the serves that Mr. James and Mr.Mark had given us for as Customer Service ❇️. I definitely would be telling my friends and family about this enterprise.

Sajid and James are great! This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location is my family’s go-to place for car rentals. Sajid has helped our family on two separate occasions, and both times he provided us with rental cars that exceeded our expectations. Sajid and James always provide great customer service: they are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy, and they always ensure that their customers’ needs are met.
I highly recommend this Enterprise location for all your car rental needs!

Had a confirmed reservation. Adviced nothing was availabe when we arrived to pick it up, leaving us with no way to get our appointment. Would give zero stars if I could

Friendly but gave me a car that had not been cleaned (I had to remove the film on the interior window) and had front end damage. The service person did not give me a walk around inspection (I was distracted and not paying attention). This should have been a red flag! The area had had a hail storm a night or two before and I wonder if the damage was related to that storm.Luckily, I always purchase the insurance or the damage would have been on my dime. I would select another Enterprise location or be very, very caution and insist on a walk around inspection.I will not rent from this location again.

Update 8/1/23 This rating is for for Enterprise at 4205 West Plano pkwy. I don't know if it's because I asked my husband to call this time or if it was divine intervention (or both) but I will tell you that he had better luck than I did. I hope it's not just because he was a man calling but anyway, we were able to get in touch with Evan, the manager, and I had a completely different experience and he was able to help me get out of that small GT charger that was killing my back and put me in a Chrysler Pacifica, which is what I normally drive. I can't tell you how much better my back feels already in just the last 24 hours driving a more comfortable car. I still have to wait two more weeks for my car to get serviced and repaired, so I'm so grateful that my husband was able to get Enterprise * to help us and thank you Ethan and Michael. I did speak to them and some thing I did learn was that if you can't get help on the phone extensions press the star button and you'll get transferred to a manager or if you have trouble talking to someone ask for a manager. [email protected] for help. I explained to them it's very hard to get through the phone circuit system. I also understand that they are very busy and understaffed and their phone is ringing off the hook. It's just a difficult situation for everyone, but I'm really grateful that after much diligence we were finally able to rent a more comfortable car for this car repair experience. I am grateful and I think you and I hope that other people have a better experience than I did, hopefully it's a learning experience for all the new enterprise trainees. I truly believe that putting people first and listening to what their needs are will make a business successful. Thank you for listening to me and thank you for helping me with my needs.

Horrible customer service. I called and made reservations before 4 pm the lady she was helping me told me that car is available for pick up at 4:30 . I arrived there 4:10 . While she was asking my name to start my pick up, branch manager told her cancel it and move it to Friday. We will close in 40 min. That is Not they right way to wast customers’ time.

Sajid was stellar. Corporate booked the car rental by phone even though there were apparently no cars available. Sajid saved the day by owning the problem and finding a car for me. I really appreciate the help. Thank you. I would rent from Enterprise again…because of Sajid.

Great experience! We ended up with a brand new version of our car! It was really cool to check out the 2021 Sentra as ours is quite a few years older. The customer service was fantastic and the gentleman who helped us couldn't have been more pleasant. Thank you, Enterprise!

I had a confirmed car rental for pick up today at 1:30. I went to this location (4001 N Central Expressway) at 1:30 and was told they didn't have any cars but I could wait for 3 hours until the next rental car was expected to be returned. The audacity to suggest I wait for 3 hours is infuriating. I drove 35 minutes to get this Enterprise location. Complete waste of my time. I will use Avis or Budget from now on. Enterprise doesn't care about customer time!
