This is the second time we have rented at Enterprise in Plano. The cars are well maintained and in great condition. The staff is always friendly and go the extra mile to make me feel like I’m a special customer. I will be using them for all my future car rentals.

Don’t go here. My address was updated on my insurance my license and I showed my lease. The representative on the phone stated that a lease would suffice. You can’t look up people information so that bull crap..

WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!!! I have my wedding event and I cannot make it because they don’t take DEBIT CARDS. Thank you so much for ruining my plans. Worse place ever, there was no alternatives provided. Very very inconsiderate of owner. Not the employees, I know they only follow branch policy. Owner if you’re reading this: learn how to do business. You lose money and REPUTATION BRAND when you don’t have method of payments besides credit card. At least have alternatives like Apple Pay or an additional fee. People that don’t need to have a credit card because they can pay CASH for everything don’t mind paying a fee for using a debit card.

My husband and I were going on a roadtrip to Fredericksburg for our anniversary and decided to get a car from this branch last minute. We went with a mini cooper they offered and immediately knew there was going to be a problem when the representative at the desk told us the “check engine” sign would come on but it didn’t need to be serviced since their mechanics couldn’t find the “problem”. He told us if we could manage to turn it off our selves then that would be great. We knew this was the first red flag. We took the car and immediately hit the road, stopped at a gas station about an hour in to get gas and kept driving. An hour away from our destination we got an alert saying the engine was overheating and to turn off the car. We parked on the side of the desert road in Llano, TX and waited a while before trying again and the same thing would appear so we parked the vehicle in school parking lot. We called emergency line and told us they would send an Uber to pick us up to take us to our destination and that they would send a tow truck to retrieve the car. After 2 hours of waiting in the blazing sun in the middle of the desert and no Uber or Lyft being able to pick us up because we were in the middle of nowhere we called over 4 times back telling the emergency line we were going to get a taxi since we were starting to get heatstroke and had no water left. We were initially told by enterprise that we shouldn’t request an Uber or Lyft until the tow truck was on site which we were giving an estimate of 90 minutes. Eventually after 3 hours we were able to get a taxi driver from Austin to pick us up and had to pay $130+ out of pocket just for us to get to our airbnb at around 10pm. We were hungry, tired, sick and thirsty. Everything in and around the town were completely closed and we had to deal with our situation until the next day. We called enterprise over 9 times, and the tow company over 10 times just to make sure we were 100% guaranteed a car at the Fredericksburg branch when we woke up the next day and to ask the towing company if they were on their way after being told numerous times they were on their way just to get told the same thing that they were heading over there next. We woke up the next day around noon, I called the Fredericksburg branch just to make sure they had our replacement car available just to be told they were sold out and couldn’t do anything for us. I called the customer care line and they told us that they never had availability to begin with and we would have to Uber an hour+ away to a different branch to get our replacement near San Antonio. We were fuming. Not only were we lied to the entire trip but we were running on nothing but minimal sleep. We requested the Uber that enterprise had offered and went on our way. We got our replacement and made our way back to our airbnb to spend what less of the 24 hours we had left on our trip. We finally received a call from the towing company asking where we were as they were finally on their way over 12 hours later. We explained the situation and hung up. After finishing our trip and heading home the new vehicle had no problem making it back to Plano and we explained the entire situation to the branch manager. We received a refund and were told to submit the taxi receipt to get our refund via check after being approved a week and a half later. The refund on the vehicle was not what we cared about. This branch wasted our time, put our lives and health at risk and didn’t want to take fault in everything that had happened. We have traveled all over the country and rented cars numerous time and have never had this problem with any branch or company. What made us upset even more was the fact that they submitted a claim to our insurance claiming it was our fault and they demanded compensation for the engine replacement. When I called the manager Tyler he had to put me on hold just to find out what was going on since he had no idea of a claim being sent out. Do NOT rent from this branch!!! They will give you a faulty car and try to scam your insurance.

The guy I talked to was not trained very well and didn’t have the answers to most of my questions, I kept being put on hold and I finally hung up after 20 minutes

Horrible service. Places you on hold and leaves you there till the system disconnects you. Called 5 times with in their hours of operation every time the same.

This location was amazing. I live 2hrs away and my car was in for hail damage repair. This Plano location ensured pick up at repair facility and had me in a vehicle within minutes. Turn in was even faster. They also gave me a lift back to the repair facility after turn in. Great service and hospitality.
