When my Range Rover got hit, Mark and the team at Enterprise Exotic took care of everything from start to finish. The process was unbelievably smooth and stress-free. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and even set me up with a G-Wagon as a replacement while mine was in the shop. The level of service, communication, and attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommend Mark and Enterprise Exotic if you ever need a luxury rental or just want a seamless experience after an accident.

Mark and his staff at Exotic Rentals Dallas/ Frisco Texas location always respond rapidly to my last minute business and or leisure request. Plus equally important Mark and staff give me royal treatment every time i arrive to pickup or return an Exotic vehicle.
A big appreciation from a loyal customer of enterprise for the past 30 years which i have actually purchased 2 vehicles from Enterprise in the past 6 years.

I’ve rented from Plano Exotics a few times. The last two experiences were pretty good, but with my third experience, the car I rented was dirty on the outside, and my receipt was closed out without explaining that they charged me over 600 dollars in excess mileage, which I didn’t discover until after the fact. Everything felt so rushed this time. They also rarely answer the phones at this location. Someone from enterprise offered to reach out to me regarding my experience but no one ever contacted me.Update 8/10:22: I reached out the same day per your message, no response to date.

I have been renting from Enterprise for over 15 years and I'll say this location has given me the worst experience! I have called for over a month left message finally got Jaclyn on the phone one time and she was very helpful. Now that I need my rental car next week I can't get anyone to answer my calls or text. I've even called the area manger Mr.Sanders on his cell phone...Still no returned call. At this point I had to call the Dallas location which is far from my house, however Chris has been very helpful and the customer service has been on point! I would NOT recommend the Plano location.
