They cooperate with Doge dealership, they told me next day can drop off my dealership. After that, I saw transaction,they charged me almost $300 for one day rental, that’s ridiculous!

We rented a car from this site for about a month. They didn’t have a small vehicle available due to the holiday, so they rented us a medium SUV but charged the rate for a small car. They informed us that we could change the car at any time; we just needed to call to see if the desired vehicle was available. The manager is very flexible.
The return process was a breeze, taking only about 10 minutes. The manager clearly stated our balance due and handed us a card with their contact information, should we have any queries about the charges. It was a convenient and comfortable experience, making the end of our trip stress-free.

The branch manager was incredibly rude during a one way drop off. I have had a rental car for several weeks, none of these included a storm or hail. This manager “Kurt” said he would be filing a claim due to the hail damage on said rental. I explained there had been no hail in my area, which he proceed to verify on their weather app. He then told me he “wouldn’t take this fall” but they can “go after my insurance to dispute it.” I would not recommend renting from this location. The guys in Paris treated me so well. Garrett was super helpful.

Yay let’s park all our cars on the red curb so everyone has to maneuver around us. There were plenty of parking spots and Enterprise attendants walking around. Please use the parking lot the way it was intended or move to a property designed for drive-up service.

as always, the customer service at any enterprise location has been top class. I have been a customer for almost 5 years and I never felt the need to switch to another agency. Every company wants to be a customer first company but very few practice it in reality. I love how they don't settle for anything less than 5 star. Thank you guys for your service.

Experience with the staff mainly - Mitchell Player sucked for me personally. He was forceful in asking me to buy their rental car protection plan though I had my own that I purchased via expedia. He should explain the customer the positives and negatives and I will appreciate that but the way he responded is pretty rude. he was asking me questions with strong voice on what will I do If met with an accident and all stupid questions and I felt the experience is not good. Learn to behave and let the customer decide what he wants. not what you want to improve your business.

Assistant Manager Nia called me last Friday to schedule my rental. I told her I won’t need the car until Tuesday at which point she told me to just come in and they’ll have a car ready for me. When I arrived today to pickup the car, she tells me there’s nothing available until Thursday, 2 days from now. Then when I pull up the phone call showing that she was the one that called me, she tells me she wouldn’t of said that, so apparently according to her, I just made it all up and decided to show up for no damn reason. Get new management if this is how you do business.

I was charged almost $2,000 for a car that was returned a month prior. Apparently this location is so disorganized that they lost a vehicle that was parked directly in front of their establishment for an entire month.

I recently had my first experience with Enterprise. I went to their Plano outlet located on the hwy 121.The car that I got was a 2023 Mazda CX 50. The car was very well maintained and was very smooth to drive. It did not trouble me even once. Bri, the manager who supported me with the whole process was very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be going back there for rental again. I highly recommend enterprise.
