I’ve rented here multiple times and the customer service is always great. The cars are ready to go at my appointment time and always clean. Returning the car is always a breeze and so far I’ve had no issues. I’m glad I can leave my car there for a few days and it’s been safe so far. Great location.

Rude and not helpful at all. Do not rent here! Showed up to pick up rental as I had reserved. And they said I needed 2 utility bills in my name to prove I lived where my dl stated I live. My insurance card tells them that also. I was dropped off and had to have my husband turn around from his work to pick me up. No one tells you that on the phone.

Booking a premium sedan, booking was transferred from this location to another location and later was told there are no premium sedans available. Enterprise has become a budget car rental with high mileage poorly maintained vehicles

Booked a reservation for a minivan, were called half hour prior to pickup time to be informed that they did not have a minivan to rent out. Hen asked if they could help us locate another minivan they agreed and said they transfered our reservation to another closeby location. Closest location was about 25/30 mins away which was very inconvenient since we were in Dallas for a wedding and shirt in time. Original pickup time was 4:30 which allowed enough time to get back and get ready. Anyway, drive to the further location only to get there to be told they not only did not have a reservation but also no minivan to rent out. They told us we needed to cancel our old reservations and make a new one which obviously cost more last minute and that too for a smaller car that did not comfortable fit our luggage. We didn't have any option because it was close to closing time and we didn't have additional time to waste to look at other rental car companies to rent a minivan. Very poor management of the situation by management.

Great service, very good condition cars almost new and very helpful and accommodating staff, even provided pick and drop from the repair shop where I had to drop my other car for some repair .

The first time I arrived was a bit hectic with the manager Brielle because the car she had for me it had a dead battery, so she asked if I could wait a short time which was 30 min plus.. for a car they were receiving. She told me she would clean it because her detailed employee was on lunch. The car had a light smell, but I told her it was okay, even though it shouldn't have been acceptable for me.
When I arrived home with a 60 min drive ahead of me, I finally arrived and took Lysol spray all over! Left all windows open, and it still had not the most appealing smell. I had picked up my daughter for a medical appointment & she could smell smoky smell in the fabric. I called after dropping her off, and the assistant manager, Dee, was extremely professional and empathetic to my concerns, which he gave me the feeling of customer satisfaction is number 1 with possible return customer versus bottom line! How refreshing! He upgraded me, and I felt so much more comfortable and safe in the vehicle he provided. Personally, Dee should be the manager hands down!

I am very disappointed and the only reason I am giving them a 3 star is because of Miss Brielle Ware. I had called a week in advance to confirm my reservation. When I got there Mr Dekendric Edwards advised me that they only had a compact car for me and didn't have anything else. I was ok and we did the walk around. It had a chipped windshield, missing hub caps and a few scratches. After getting all the paperwork, I left. Turned on the A/C and it started to smell like a ashtray. So, went back to return it and see if he could find something else. After a bit he did since it was just returned they had to get it ready. About 20min later, Miss Brielle walked me out since Mr.Dekendric was taking care of another customer. Granted this customer got a upgrade since they didn't have his car ready either. At this point started to wonder why I didn't. Well, Miss Brielle and me went to the do a walk around on my replacement. Now it wasn't the one that they had shown me, it was a different one because the other one had expired tags. We did the walk around and I noticed that the right rear bumper was lose. It looked at it closer and it was separating from the car as if it had gotten rear-ended. At this time they pulled out a minivan, started the walk around and as we were getting towards the end Miss Brielle noticed that the window trim was missing on the rear passenger side. She apologized and said she will bring me a car that she will personally check. Granted this will be my 5th car and finally it had no issues. I just wonder what kind of inspections they do on their vehicles and be warned. Make sure u point everything out and have it documented, because if u Don't, you will be charged for it. Especially check the winshield for cracks or chips.
