We request that ownership and management address the ongoing parking issue. Will you be creating additional parking spaces within the complex to alleviate the current overflow onto neighborhood streets? While we understand other maintenance projects have taken precedence, this has been a persistent concern. Please explore options such as repurposing underutilized areas for parking.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They are invested with rats, roaches, spiders, They overcharge you for rent, and then turn your water off FOR WEEKS!!!! This entire complex is inhabitable. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever you need something fixed they won’t even fix it we had to call the city on them just so they could fix it and we had told them like months in advance when it started happening. They sure do want you to pay the rent on time and the streets to the apartments no good too many pot holes and screws . Tires be popping left and right .

Realmente estos apartamentos son la peor opción que puedes elegir para vivir. En primer lugar tienen en prostibulo en el apto 110 la oficina lo sabe y no hace nada. Los bills llegan en 700 y la respuesta en la oficina es eso es lo que consumiste tienen fugas de agua por todos partes y la pagan los residentes. Las cucarachas ni hablar están fuera de control

This is the worst option you can have to live in Plano total cochinero from the facilities to the rent charges that are extremely expensive and the bills reach 700 dollars. They do not fumigate, therefore cockroaches are a pest.

Apartments look like trash they look nothing like the website there is no pool or any of the things they advertise on the website. It is complete false advertisement. Set an appointment to see the apartments a week in advance and drive 5 hours just for the lady in there to say she doesn’t have any apartments available for any size bedroom. Don’t waste time or money applying. Their just going to take your money and deny your application.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING IN THIS PLACE.
there is a dang good reasons why the review rating is so low. i should have listened. i've been here just over a month. there are fleas, roaches, dish washer and garbage disposal not working. i reported and request service from day one and they just ignored. NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED YET. i don't have hot water for 22 days straight.
they knew all of these issues but they will you in anyway.

Zero (minus 5 stars)..If you plan to rent in Evana Grove, think carefully......Be careful...before going to the office, first take a walk around the complex, you will see water gushing everywhere from the rotten pipes (70 years old)......Second, knock on any apartment, and ask if they have good service, if they recommend them to you... surely you will turn around without looking back...The rest is in the other comments...No pools.. no park.. yes garbage.. yes expensive rent..?

Don't move here, this property is disgusting, trash everywhere, drunks and shootings on weekends, those of us who pay rent have nowhere to park, they made us register our cars online because there was already going to be a tow truck and even Today, February 23, we continue to struggle to park, we go to the office and they ignore us at all, I have not met a manager more despotic, rude and uninterested in her residents than Maggie, it shows that his position was raised, when he was leasing he did not treat us badly, they should do a survey of the residents so that the owners realize the disgusting staff they have in the office and how badly they treat us, when they are because the The office is closed most of the time.

I don't even have a week and from the first day I started to find details. It is understood that they are not new apartments (that's fine.)
But they must be functional when someone moves in.
This is one of the following things I found. It is a 3 bedroom apartment.
What makes me most angry is:
1. the washing machine
When you start wringing the washing machine. The drain was clogged and a lot of water was dumped. A new chair that I had just bought the day before got wet. When the entire ceiling started leaking. The folder got wet until the room.
2. The first floor bathroom is leaking.
(They fixed it but it didn't look good, it kept throwing water after 2 times they came to fix the leak.)
3. The air conditioning did not cool and does not blow enough air that a normal A/C should blow.
4. The stove did not serve as a grill.
(if they fixed it)
5. I found mojo in the pantry.

And in the office, the manager Sumy is a rude person who has no patience, she shouldn't work there
