Attended a private event. Great location. Parking was OK, be prepared to park in a public lot and walk. Event was well done! Bathrooms were clean and lovely. Didn't take many photos because I was dancing all night. The brick and lighting set a great mood for the event.

We had a wonderful experience with Event 1013 for our birthday celebration event. Joy was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Communication was easy and timely. Our guests loved the venue, and it was the perfect canvas for our creation!

Fantastic venue. Great food. This is a great place to hold an event, easily comfortable for 100-125.
Had a brunch there, catered perfectly and the projector and sound system worked without issue.

5 Stars - Absolutely Incredible Experience!
We hosted our Christmas party at event1013, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. Joy went above and beyond to make everything seamless, ensuring that every detail was perfectly in place for our event. The space itself was stunning and set the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.
Planning was a breeze thanks to Joy's exceptional coordination and expertise. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to hosting our next event at event1013. Highly recommend this venue for any occasion—it’s top-notch in every way!

BEWARE!! Event1013 puts out "multiple" contracts for the same day events per their rep. They will book the space out from under you within less than 24 hours (actually minutes) even though they send you a contract, engage in negotiations with you regarding the contract and make adjustments to the contract to add services. While you are waiting for changes to the contract so you can sign or to issue payment (again within less than the same 24 hour time span) Event 1013 will book with another party. They will NOT tell you they are working with multiple parties or even one other party while working through your contract - so you will have no idea there is any urgency to sign or pay in less than the 24 hours. You only learn this AFTER they have booked the other party and they tell you the space is no longer available. If you receive a contract per Event 1013, they refer to a 24 hour period in their email - PLEASE NOTE that 24 hours refers only to a "soft hold" that ONLY applies once you SIGN the contract and it gives you ONLY 24 hours to pay. If you don't pay in 24 hours you are back to square one. Do not be ... Don't make the mistake of relying on any communications from Event 1013 unless and until you and Event 1013 have signed their contract and you have paid b/c you will be blindsided by the rep that is making changes to your contract with news that they accepted someone else's signature and payment instead. Would suggest that you sign with bare basics and pay if you want the space, then go back to make any changes to the contract after the fact b/c while you are adding things someone else is taking the space without you even knowing it.

We had a wonderful experience at event1013! From the first tour, to the communication and teamwork throughout, to the day of, day after, and even the following week — their team is FULL of rockstars! Specifically would love to shoutout Joy and our venue supervisor Whitney!!! Reasonable pricing, beautiful venue, wonderful area, open vendor policy...can't get much better than that!

We love the venue!! Everything was perfect for our wedding reception and ceremony!! Joy was very nice and helpful, she guide me in every step about our event.
