I really enjoy living here! I have been here for 3 years and just like any property, it’s certainly not perfect! The pool area was what originally appealed to me before I ever set foot on the premises. It did not and does not disappoint! The unit I have is very nice , the appliances had some wear and tear - they aren’t bad. I am a little OCD on taking care of appliances - I believe the previous tenets were a little harsh on them - then there’s the stainless steel, that’s really not stainless…. that has nothing to do with property management, that’s goods / appliances…. i paid a pretty penny for many as a homeowner, that stained just as easily..
I love my apartment. It’s a nice place to live. The apartment staff / leasing office has had people come and go, but overall, they retain at a fairly impressive rate and seem to promote from within! The staff has always taken care of anything I needed personally, they seem to be very open to suggestions for improvement ! The maintenance staff is above expectations! I try to compliment them every opportunity that I can!!!
The tenants look out for one another for the most part! That’s an added bonus! We have young, older, families with kids …. it’s a very nice group! Evoke 2024 gets a thumbs up!

I have been living here the last 3 months and My experience living here has been very good! The environment is very calm, providing a peaceful space to relax and unwind. The location is very convenient, and the helpfulness of the staff adds to the overall positive experience. ??

I have been living at EVOKE for 1 month and from the day I started looking for my apartment, Emily was very willing to help me with all the questions and everything I needed. Her help really went beyond what she had to do. Her positive and friendly attitude made finding my apartment much easier. Now that I live on the property, it is very nice to be able to go into the office and the entire staff is always so friendly and always willing to help me with anything I need. They really are a great team. I recommend this quiet and clean property. I have not had any problems with anything and I love the beautiful facilities.

GLAD MY STAY WAS SHORT. I was at this place for 6 months until completion of my new home. I had no furniture, kids, or pets and my housekeeper cleaned monthly; did a deep cleaning after my move out. Place was actually cleaner when I left then when I first saw it and they want to charge me for carpet cleaning/paint. I DO NOT recommend this place even for a short stay. Parking sucks (Mgmt gets to hold reserved parking for their own personal use) and the smell of not clean pets is horrible in the hallways.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Attempted theft on my car happened four times. Three times my passenger side window was broken. I was told they would hire armed security, but instead they hired unarmed lazy security that are on their phones or sleeping in their car most nights. Oh yeah and that security only works a few times a week. There is a colony of roaches near the dumpster because trash is not emptied on a regular bases. It’s terrible

I love Thomas and Emily! The best leasing office staff I’ve ever met. Emily was very nice and trying to provide as much information as possible when I just walked in and asked for available options. Thomas helped me a lot with my concerns and any unexpected issues during my leasing and move-in process, he’s very responsive and hard working. I also love that this apartment is dog-friendly and everyone is so sweet to my dog.

If I could give it less stars, I would. Not only do the trash rooms pile up (see pics) but they don’t REQUIRE residents to maintain rental insurance. Ask me how I know? Because a lady started a fire 2 floors above me which caused my apartment to flood (see pic of water pouring into my apt) causing $4000 in damages and their response to me was “she doesn’t have insurance and our insurance doesn’t cover anything of yours” and their “fix” was to cram me and my daughter into a 1b1b apartment when we used to live in a 2b2b and still charge me the same amount of rent - for 8 mths! Then when I finally decided I couldn’t live indefinitely that way, and found a house to move to - I wasn’t allowed out of my lease early by 3 wks.
CAF management is horrible and I would avoid any and all properties they manage. That doesn’t count everything else that happened to us and our neighbors there. I don’t have enough room here to tell you all of it but if you move there after reading this review and all the other bad reviews of this place - then that’s on you. You’ve been warned.
RESPONSE TO “OWNER’S” response. Don’t lie. You aren’t sorry in the least. You intentionally disenfranchised me. You couldn’t care less about anyone’s safety or well-being. If you “cared” you wouldn’t have FORCED me to stay to the end of my lease and pay you even more rent when you KNEW we needed to get out early by a few weeks to be able to to get into a house after being CRAMMED into a 1b/1b for EIGHT MONTHS while paying the same amount as we did for a 2b2b. Anyone moving there after reading this is a fool. And this doesn’t even address the incident that happened with your “security guard”. It’s best that you don’t respond anymore.

I had the best experience touring this apartment the leasing agent Emily was very nice and professional. I felt so welcome, Emily is amazing one of the reasons I’m considering moving here. There’s so many great amenities it feels like a resort I love it. Thanks Emily for the warm welcome and awesome hospitality.

I’ve lived at Evoke for about 6 months now. I will honestly say that I highly recommended this property for anyone looking for a safe, clean, professional environment. My experience has been nothing but great with the staff and the property manager Tamika she always greets me with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to assist with me. I travel for work internationally. When I do have request for work orders I can simply call directly to the property manager Tamika and she always diligently makes sure my request are a priority. I love that fact that I have the same maintenance personnel Larry. He is also very professional and timely when his services are needed. I love Evoke!

Jacob lead maintenance man is always fixes the issues I have with the quickness. Very professional and informative of what’s going on and why the issue is happening. Very pleased with the results of his work .

The Evoke is a beautiful, upscale property. Ms. Emily took us on a tour 06-08-2024, and was nothing short of amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Definitely considering moving into this community.

Evoke apartments are very nice and worth every penny! The amenities are state of the art! Maintenance is always available when needed, especially Jacob! He’s always kind and helpful!
