We had a really good experience there when we went to buy a used car. Justin was really helpful and actually listened to what we wanted and to our budget instead of trying to sell us a car over budget or that does not meet our criteria. He was really friendly and helpful, answered to all our questions. We loved this place, and there are no hidden fees or dealership fees compared to all the other places we’ve been to, which was a pleasant surprise. Lydell in finance also helped us and answered to all our questions with the process and stayed patient and friendly all along, which we greatly appreciated! I would recommend this place, definitely the best experience we had buying a car in Texas !

Found a great suv here for my daughter and worked with Grant. I appreciated that Grant listened to what I was looking for and my preference to how the sales process was going to go. I usually don’t enjoy buying cars but Grant made it efficient and an enjoyable experience. His follow up was also spot on. My daughter loves her car and when I’m looking for another used car, I’ll check her first.

I will never trust taking my car here for service again. My car was damaged twice when I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Giving 2 stars because customer service is pretty good, but the issues arise when you leave your car in their custody, worst experiences, and to think I thought taking my Subaru to a Subaru dealer I would receive the best care, nope....never again!!

I had a great experience with Ewing Subaru and their team this week to purchase my dream car - a 2021 Subaru Forester! I highly recommend working with Angel. He helped me narrow down the selections based on price/mileage and a few test drives and went above and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted. The vehicle is in great condition, pre-owned certified, and will be going on many road trips in the near future. Much thanks to Angel, Connor, and team for making the process easy, efficient, and enjoyable!

Do not sell to them. Their low ball is the next level. They offered a fine vehicle at a humiliating scrap yard price of $1000. I got a $4400 offer from CarMax 60 minutes later.

Amazing service . I had my Subaru wrx in California since I bought it in 2004. When I got the notice that the airbag needed to be replaced due to a defect no dealer in the San Francisco Bay Area would replace it. They all claimed they could not get the airbags . I called them all for years to get it repaired and no replacement. I brought my wrx to Texas , called another Subaru dealer in McKinney first ( Brandon Thomas )they never returned my call. The fact I spent over a grand on an oil change for my f150 Brandon Thomas ford dealer , which they botched up , pissed me off to no end. So no way would I trust them with an airbag replacement I called Ewing as I needed to register the wrx in Texas as my f150 was in the bodyshop so I needed to get the wrx on the road.Called Ewing , they made an appointment with me, then replaced the airbag . No drama . I was amazed by the staff's professionalism.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing pre-owned luxury vehicles from this dealership again. I bought an S550 and within three days, the air conditioning failed and there was an oil burning odor. Despite returning the car three times for repairs, they claimed they didn't have the specialized tools for Mercedes-Benz. Eventually, they sent the car to a Mercedes-Benz service center and charged me $2,000, making it seem like they were doing me a favor. Additionally, the car had three new dents post-service. It became clear the car hadn't been properly serviced when, just today on 08/30 and after only 1,000 miles, I had to replace the rear brakes and rotors and get a tire rotation. Be cautious dealing with Daniel, Angel, and Matt.

Bought 3rd Subaru here a few years ago and from that day forward I wished I bought my first Subaru from Ewing; from the time I called Ewing to search for my car from the day I took delivery of it and every dealings I have since then have been nothing but professional, ethical, accommodating, and everyone makes you feel like your waiting in your living room for your car! We worked with Jesse to buy our used Subaru. Jesse was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We drove from out of state to pick it up and he worked to make the process as smooth as possible. He was incredibly responsive to calls and text. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars was the finance guy we worked with. He clearly has an issue with women and only responded to our questions directly when we said a male relative had asked. It was exhausting. We are really happy with our purchase and appreciated how helpful Jesse was through the entire process.

My brother was trying to purchase a car on Saturday. We had it narrowed down to a couple of dealerships. I am a credit analyst in the auto industry for 20 years. Our experience at this dealership was shocking and embarrassing. We dealt with Chase initially which was very nice but we knew we were going to go a different direction after test driving it. We didn't take up much of his time but when we left Frank Alsides (GSM) came rushing out to get our attention as we were leaving waiving some paperwork in front of us and asked,"if it was free would you take it" in a very sarcastic way. He was very condescending and unprofessional.Just so you know we paid cash at a different dealership that we had seen earlier that day and they didn't pressure us to sign before we left. They did follow up with a better offer prior to us getting to your dealership. The saying you can't judge book by it's cover applies here because that's what Frank did.
