I love your service department!They get you in and out on routine maintenance quickly and they do an excellent job of updating you while you are waiting.
We own a Bentley, several Fords and have owned lots of BMW's. Avondale Bentley is good, but I like getting service at Ewing Subaru far better than dealing with service anywhere else.
I hope you pay the service advisors, whose desks are outside on the service drive, extra in the heat of summer and cold of winter.

Erik is an exceptional employee! He's attentive, thoughtful and thorough. His no pressure/low pressure demeanor allows for one to feel safe in agreeing to his recommendations without fear of being taken advantage of. He's dealt with my socially conservative mother (in her 70's) on numerous occasions and she adores him. She also always feels well respected and confident in her interactions with him. We will be sure to recommend him by name to any friends or family who need to do service at Ewing Subaru!

Jay was amazing help right off the start. Wasn't sure I'd be able to get anything with my situation and was able to find a way that worked and still kept me under a fair price. Everyone in the finance sign was super accommodating and was able to complete all the documents while in class. Took extra time out of their day to make this happen. Can't thank the team at Ewing Subaru enough!

I took my car in for it’s two year inspection and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I also got my car back shiny and clean after a car wash and vacuuming. Good job guys.

My little SUV was on its last leg. I've been looking at new SUVs for years, researching. I went to Ewing on a Sunday to look at the outside of the vehicles, you know, without being bothered. I went back to the dealership this past Friday so I could ultimately decide, is this the right vehicle for me. I had originally picked out the Forester Sport model thinking the Premium model didn't have everything I wanted. Jay walked out and found me peeking in the car windows. He approached with a smile and was so nice. I went inside and we went over the model options the Forester had. Ultimately the Premium (15) model had more bells and whistles than I could've dreamed of and hoped for. I didn't think I could afford something with so many options. The price was already incredible (side note - I had screenshots of the same car from different dealerships and Ewing ALWAYS had a cheaper price) I left the dealership that day to "think about it." I went back yesterday to see Jay and talk numbers. The price had already dropped again and with the fantastic customer service Jay provided, we had a deal. Hands down recommend Ewing Subaru of Plano and Jay! And if you're lucky enough, he might tell you his Gator story!

Leasing a Vinfast VF8 here was a journey, and if it weren’t for Angel’s exceptional dedication, I’d likely have given a lower rating. We arrived just before 2 p.m., and it wasn’t until 6:15 p.m. that everything finally came together. As a Vietnamese, I felt proud and excited to drive a Vinfast car, and the dealership offered fantastic deals and discounts.
However, we encountered issue after issue, from credit rejections to income verification problems. The experience was a rollercoaster of excitement and disappointment, and at one point, I thought I’d have to look at other brands. Despite these challenges, Angel never gave up. He could have easily told us to leave or moved on to other customers, but he didn’t. Instead, he remained patient and determined, addressing each issue one by one, even while assisting multiple customers. Thanks to his dedication, we were able to drive off with the car by the end of the day. Thank you, Angel, for going above and beyond!
