Placed a health appointment for 8/15 @ 2pm because it's required for my life insurance. I get there check in, and wait along with 1 other lady for her appointment. The other lady was the 2:15pm appointment. After waiting 30-45min they take the 2:15pm appointment and say "sorry we'll get to you soon "despite me being the 2pm appointment and having waited longer. It's currently 3:27pm and I'm still waiting for my 2pm appointment.

This place is not professional nor efficient. They seemed to barely know of my appointment when I showed up and then once the exam started I sat went thru the long process of answering questions with the lab tech and had to watch her hunt and peck every answer on an iPad touch screen instead of typing on the attached keyboard, making it take probably twice as long as it should have. Then at the e-sign step, the iPad app they use completely hung and after trying to get it to work for 20 minutes I told them I would redo everything on the paper copy, spending another 10 minutes doing that. An exam that should have lasted 45 minutes took 1.5 hours in the middle of my workday.

Avoid this location if you do not wear a mask on command and if you expect to get the required insurance exam completed in a single appointment.I have had three scheduled appointments with this company to extract my blood, take a urine sample, get a blood pressure reading, and measure my weight and height. The first two were supposed to occur at my office. Both appointments were missed by the company's employees. Their standing excuse is I was not on the schedule. So my insurance agent scheduled an appointment at their location today, 4/11/2023 at 8:30am. When I called the afternoon before to make sure this was on the schedule, I was asked to appear at 8:00am instead since I was "not on the schedule" once again.Upon entering the empty waiting room, I signed in five minutes before my scheduled 8:00am appointment. The person behind the glass divider, without a mask, asked for my ID. I provided it as she continued to say, "Put on a mask". I told her I do not wear masks and I asked why she was not wearing a mask. She closed the window and called her supervisor.From behind closed glass, wearing no mask, the supervisor told me they had a policy that I was required to wear a mask, but they were not wearing masks because I was in their office. I hope I am not alone in understanding this mask thing has nothing to do with personal health. It has everything to do with removing personal agency from the individual and allowing Policy to guide all action. When I asked to see the Policy, I was asked to leave. No chance I will do business with this firm at this location ever. I hope when you encounter similar foolishness you will stand up for yourself as well.

Phone call to schedule was very easy, i was late but they were very nice about it and accomodate my schedule. Exam was easy and fast and nurse was pleasant. Will come again

I had an exam scheduled for insurance purposes twice, and both times they failed to show up. They did not provide a reason for not showing nor did they apologize for the inconvenience.In sum, they are unreliable and unprofessional.

Went for a life insurance medical exam and was seen promptly after I checked in. The staff and nurses are very kind and experienced, making the whole process very quick and easy.

This place six unbelievably!!! 9:30 appointment to draw blood and had to tell them that three times....even though they made the appointment! The lady making the appointments and “managing” the place has a gawdfawful cough and should not be here. 30 minute wait and counting fora blood sample draw! Go someplace else!!!

This place is a joke. One start is even good for them. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my insurance for three weeks straight and nobody ever answer the phone. It doesn't matter at what time you call nobody will ever answer the phone at any time and takes you straight to voice message. I have left multiple voice messages and nobody returns my call. I don't even know what to do at this point. My agent hasn't being able to get a hold from them either.This morning I luckily got someone on the phone. They told me to wait a minute and left me in a long and eternity wait, and never came back to the line. My question is how is this business still running if they don't care for their customers and make their experience so painful and impossible? I don't know what to do anymore honestly. I am tired of calling and calling with no answer

These guys were a no show for my life insurance medical as the rep allegedly had a cold , then gave no indication of when new appointment would be. Tried calling the office, straight to answer machine. No call back. The reviews with one star are correct for this place.

My wife and I had our exam done today, unfortunately I forgot the lady's name, I think cecilia? What I remember for sure is she was everything you would expect from a health professional, it was nice to be around her !

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Received a no-call no-show the day of the appointment after fasting for hours. Judging by all the 1 star reviews and the copy/paste replies from staff of "We apologize for your experience. We are looking into the issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.", we likely dodged a bullet. Go elsewhere, this place is not worth the risk of a headache.

I got a call to schedule a lab test for insurance purpose, without giving an appointment they hung up and since last 10 days trying to call to get an appointment , I don’t get anyone on call even after 20 minutes wait and then call gets disconnected. Once I got someone on phone after 19 minutes wait and then she asked for my detail and asked me wait and never came back for next 20 minutes and call was disconnected. Worst service I have ever encountered in my life. *Examone management should looks at the customer satisfaction

The reviews of this place do it justice. I'm an insurance agent needing a paramed done for a client of mine and have called twice now, during working hours, but no one answers the phone and have not received a call back.

So this company is not professional at all . I have been trying to get a medical exam done per insurance. I had someone leave me a message and I called a few times left a message. Someone calls me and asks questions then puts me on everlasting hold . I am not sure if she was working at home or what. But she had a crying child in the background from what it sounded like . Never came back to phone so I hung up . The insurance rep also has not been able to make the appointment for us either .
