Jonathan at Extra Storage was professional and easy to deal with. He explained things clearly and made the process simple. The place is well maintained, and it feels like he cares about keeping it that way. His customer service was reliable, and I had no problems from start to finish. I would recommend working with him.

First, this is absolutely NOT directed at the people that actually work on the property. They are great. My issue is that we have been renting a 5X10 unit for months @ $62.00 per month. I just received a notice of an increase. Ok....so maybe $5.00 per month more? WRONG!!! They are increasing from $62 per month to $107!!! You must be out of your ever loving minds!! We will make sure to have our things out before the next billing cycle! You guys are crazy!

I am currently storing some of my furniture in a unit here and I received a notice that my rate was going up significantly.I initially rented the unit when there was a special going on. I called the office of Extra Space and Dan was very courteous and helpful! He was able to get a huge reduction in the rate increase! I am grateful for that and for the kind and supportive service I got from Dan.

GREAT PLACE! I rented a storage unit here for 4 years. Not once did I worry about the security of my belongings -- my entire life was in that unit. The one thing I will emphasize is to ABSOLUTELY pay for the monthly insurance. I encountered an issue at the time of my move out in May (through no fault of the property staff, nature will always do its thing regardless!) and ended up having to make a claim. The insurance company was very communicative and easy to work with. Johnathan, the property manager, is amazing! I hit a couple snags while moving out and he had some good resources to offer to help me get things sorted out. I really appreciate Extra Space Storage and Johnathan. If I ever have need to rent a storage unit in the future, I won't hesitate to use them again.
