Horrible customer service. Please don’t use this location as your delivery address. My Zara order went missing. An employee named Jene informed me that she didn’t receive it, but when I called customer service, they informed me that it had been given to the wrong recipient. The second Zara box, which arrived at the same location a day later, was completely damaged. My items had been taken out, tried on, thrown back in, and taped up. When I contacted FedEx customer service, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. If you don’t want your items to go missing and be trashed, don’t use this location.

Worst customer service I have seen in a while.
1. My retrieval code would not work so the lady charged me $2.50 just to do it for me on her end at her computer and pay the printing itself too.
2. Another customer walks in that did not speak english and the other clerk was just standing there with her hands inside her pockets and legs crossed. Would not even say hi welcome in.
Both ladies seemed miserable and did not have any intention on welcoming the customers or helping them. Seemed like we were bothering them by walking in. BAD SERVICE

Located inside a super Walmart. You have to lug your packages inside, wait for someone to help you. They are not a large store, so they didn't have the size box that we needed. I probably wouldn't go back. The guy helping us was nice and knowledgeable.

Rude and not helpful. The employee did not want to be working clearly. I had to call her from the back after I walked in. No one was there to greet me or jelp.

I wish I could give this a double NEGATIVE star! Phillip was really rude, unprofessional and does not need to be working in customer service. I'm sure he is making this location lose lots of money. He didn't want to give me his manager name or phone number. He then gives me a number for emergency spills and medical waste. This is the worst FedEx location ever and I will tell everyone about him! If Phillip is there, good luck! Terrible experience!

I didn't check address correctly after they typed address. It was my fault though. But I am not good at English and when they corrected my address I said sorry but one of staff was like I told you check it. And I said sorry again but now the staff told to the other staff like I told him check it. I actually felt really bad. And I even printed address before visit here and gave to them and they typed wrong. I didn’t blame it. They didn't have to say like "I told you check it." just like blaming me even if I was saying I am sorry. They didn't even answer my apology but kept blaming me. Such a bad experience.

The store manager Char was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store itself is very clean. I appreciate the cleanliness and the precautions being taken during this time. She was very thorough and made sure I understood all of my options. Outstanding customer service!!!

Honestly the best service I have had going to fedex. Phillip was so helpful and patient with me. He gave me great suggestions as well as making sure I was happy with the work being done. I will only be coming to this location from now on if I can help it
