I’m having a huge issue with FedEx wrongfully billing me over $1,200 for a package I never sent. The Customer service # is absolutely trash and unhelpful. I walked in the store and Flo the manager took the time to listen to my concerns and reached out to her contacts to see if she can help resolve my issue. I really appreciate her help! 💜

Absolutely fantastic experience at this FedEx location! I had a few packages to send, and the manager (Flo) went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly helpful in explaining the different shipping options and made sure everything was packed and labeled correctly. What really impressed me was that even though she was managing a busy store, she took the time to walk me through how to use the self-service options for future shipments if she or the team were occupied. This level of proactive customer service is truly outstanding. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend this FedEx location for their excellent service and helpful management.

I had an oversized package delivered to this location, Florence and her team were very helpful in handling the package, as well lent me a hand to load it properly in my car. Clearly, the staff at this FedEx location goes the extra mile in helping their customers.

FedEx is the worst service ever to send international stuff, do not use them, use DHL or something else, and they are a bunch of liers telling you to pay to expedite the package when in reality it won't be there on time ..0 starts if I could

Flo……is absolutely wonderful. Not gonna get into the details of the whole mess caused by Frontier, but we were in a bad position….stressed….and out of time. Flo, like a boss, got us all squared away. Helped us ship our luggage AND saved us almost 150$. If yall ever let her go yall are mentally defunct

I've got a lot of experience with FedEx throughout the years and this store was the least helpful I've ever been too.
I needed labels printed. Normally I use self service with a retrieval code however recently a store asked if I wanted them printed on pre-sticked labels - something I didn't know was an option and saves me time and effort. Typically it's .80c per page, never had a surcharged been mentioned but don't really care.
When I walked I explained what I needed and the gentleman in training proceeded to tell me that's not something they do. When I asked he then changed to "There's a $2.50 surcharge for anything done behind the counter" - at this point I'm not on the price I just want them printed. He doesn't seem to understand so I ask for his trainer to which Jenna proceeds to say "Yes, there's a $2.50 charge for anything behind the counter, it's cheaper if you want to self service" which again isn't my leading point but since it's all they seem to acknowledge I proceed to explain to her this is a service I was offered, not something I knew existed so I don't understand why they aren't willing to just print them instead of bickering asking size, who are the labels for, etc. just completely unprofessional.
I printed my own labels from self service and bought my tape - more than probably would have spent but I was done trying to just get a simple print service completed from people who have no interest in doing their job. According to Google it's been 5yrs since I've been to this location, it'll be at least another 5years.

FedEx is the worst company, they charge you more behind ur back!!!
Always ask will i be charged more than estimated amount, if so how much amount!!!.
They may say 30 then they will deduct 50 from you.
Be careful & don’t fall for the trap.

I recently needed some flyers printed for an event and had a fantastic experience at FedEx. What truly impressed me was the staff's exceptional helpfulness. On both visits, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
It's rare these days to encounter such positive and upbeat customer service representatives. The overall energy at the store was amazing – friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It made a potentially mundane task into a truly positive experience.
I'll definitely be back to FedEx for any future printing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional printing services with a smile!

On March 4th, around 11:50 a.m. I went to ship my old carseat to a friend who lives in Arizona. I went in ready to pay whatever, not concerned.The guy at the check out was so very very rude. He immediately told me, after checking the height and weight, that they don't have a big enough box for it. I told him well it needs to be shipped so he went to the back and came back with a box. He then did some typing, and while he was typing he kept making unnecessary comments. He said "It might be cheaper to just buy a new one" "your friend can't buy a new one on Amazon"I got so frustrated with how he was speaking to me. I then said "Look I just need to send it, do I need to go somewhere else?" He rolled his eyes and put the carseat in the box and then told me the price and I paid and left. He was extremely rude and shouldn't be at the front helping customers.
