I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. I came in needing to print a 16x24 document. The staff member immediately told me they “don’t print that size” without even checking or offering alternatives.
When I asked more questions, he then stated it was because he didn’t have time to deal with me. The level of rudeness and complete lack of customer service was honestly shocking. If you value being treated with basic respect or professionalism, avoid this location for your printing needs.

Received a shipment of corrosive material clearly marked that was damaged and leaking. Fedex said they could not pick up or do anything since it was delivered already even though I did not have to sign and the doorbell was not rung.

The manager was inappropriate to scold a customer at the Ryan Street location in lake Charles, Louisiana. The customer was simply snapping a picture of an email addresses and not bothering anyone. I had a wonderful experience with this FedEx office. One of your employees name Fox the Asian guy there was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and recommended me to what to do. I will be back to do more business with him

I had an awesome experience this evening at this location, specifically with a kind, helpful man who I believe was named Mr. Quinn. Leading up to coming in-store, the service I received via their email was so helpful and responsive. Then, Mr. Quinn patiently helped to cut my images for me. Thanks to everyone at this FedEx for making a gift for my Dad special.

Their self-service kiosk was not printing receipts and the guy behind the counter

I come here often to print and make copies. The equipment is easy to operate, but when I have a question the staff are friendly and helpful.

They nickel and dime you for every little thing. I got charged an extra $17 for the guy to press print now instead of later today. How freaking stupid is that? I’ll be going somewhere else from now. The store manager looks like he just woke up. Wrinkled shirt, hair is a mess. Refused to work with me.

They’re like the dynamic duel!
I came in with open packages!
I was all over the place.
Didn’t know how to create my return label.
With the store getting crowded.
They jumped right into action .
MS. MAKAYLA looked at my phone and together with MR. QUINN.
I was able to send off three different packages.
All in mins!
Not to mention they cleared the constant flow of customers in a moment!
Wow ?
They are certainly essential and valuable!

The store associate, Makayla is a lazy, psychotic, unprofessional individual, who at the very least needs to be removed from her position and generally should be evaluated for the subject of her mental state. I cannot believe FedEx would hire someone like her. I’ve seen so many people in my life get wrongfully terminated, and I can assure you that they will let her stay despite her appalling lack of professionalism and unacceptable behavior. What a disgrace.

This location does not have employees who are helpful. They do not go above and beyond to help the customer.
Problem with my order. It was not available when promised.
I had to go to a different location and my order was done within 30 minutes of me calling it in.

Went in to laminate cards. The gentleman on duty was very helpful. I was also impressed with his businesslike appearance and attitude. Great job!
