Don’t send ground shipments at this location unless you want to risk losing them. The driver decided to keep my package. Try a different location in a different city. My package was last scanned by the driver and no update after that. I tried to get the driver information but they said they don’t have it. I hope that’s a lie and they actually know what who’s picking up packages

This store has redeemed my previous horrible experience of 1 star. Peter was very professional and knowldgeable. Previous agents a year ago had fumbled a large print job that was sent here and very unprofessional. Thank you Peter!

Terrible service, she literally won’t give you the right email for you send your docs, attitude the entire time, baby girl get another job. Also she yells at you but she is the one with the thick accent, it’s hard to understand it. Kicked out and locked door, I understand I got there 20min before the closed but still. The could have been 5min stop if she had the right attitude

3 days in a row FedEx has expected me to wait all day until our package arrives by 8:00 pm each day. After waiting 3 days until 8:00 PM I still haven't recieved my delivery.
I never have issues like this with UPS!

As a FedEx corporate employee I would not recommend this location for customers. The customer care quality is not up to par like other stores and the purple promise is not at the level it should be.

The worst service ever, especially the middle eastern woman. I have some questions about print and go service. She didn’t help. She even said it’s called self service so it’s cheaper compared to counter printing where she can help. You can go the UPS that is just 6 min away from them. UPS helped everyone there. The price was also cheaper than FedEx. FedEx gonna charge me 100 while I got 40 in UPS.

The worst of all the FedEx in town. Like someone in precious comments mentioned, the two gentleman who work here are extremely slow and care more about their arguments than working. Witnessed one employee telling the other “I’m right, you’re wrong and that’s what it is”. Not sure if this is normal for here but it’s highly unprofessional and off putting. Especially when they’re both huffing and puffing and appear miserable. Avoid this location!

Tried using the printer that they have available. It didnt work so I asked the assistant manager for help. She asked me to send it their email and then wanted to upcharge me to paying over 3 dollars for a ‘service charge’. This was for two black and white pages! She told me that was their policy even though thejr printers werent allowing me to print. Bad service from he assistant manager and ridiculous if this is the actual policy.

I recently visited the FedEx store in Plano and had an excellent experience. The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Despite the higher prices and the longer wait times, the service provided was exceptional. Ryan was a huge help, offering assistance and answering all my questions with a friendly attitude. Overall, this FedEx location delivers high-quality service, and I will definitely be returning. Five stars!
